Save your money!
I was contacted by Bradstone Properties regarding the urgent need for leads that they had with buyers looking to sell urgently. They gave me a discounted price for 20 leads.
The leads weren't qualified as their website states, as the majority of the home owners I called had never heard of Bradstone, and were not interested in selling their properties. Furthermore, there were a couple that had sold several months prior.
I questioned the validity of these leads and was given another 15 leads to call. Again, not worth the paper they were typed on. No one had heard of them, no one was wanting to sell as claimed.
Save your money, and don't purchase leads from this company. They aren't qualified and they don't like discussing any issues that you have.
