I was very satisfied with Julie Gloster who managed the sale of my property. Julie convinced me of my property's value and the buyers to target to achieve the desired result. Julie achieved the desired sale price, which was above other agents valuations. Apart from getting this fantastic result I found her very honest, straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Julie to market your property.

Brad Teal assisted us with leasing out our very first investment property. They made the process easy and were happy to answer any of our questions. We are very pleased with their level of customer service.

They talk up a good game but were unable to follow through with promises. They also cost us $3000 due to dates not being correct for settlement. I believe this would have been picked up from our end if they did not come to your house with an iPad to get you to read it and sign it there while they are waiting and looking at you. We went with this agent because they had the block of land we wanted to purchase. In all not a good experience.

Brad was honest which is what we value most. He gave us a realistic estimate of our property's probable sale price, alerting us to the fact that during this difficult time of Covid19 there was likely to be lower offers.

Eventually the right buyer came along and although we settled for less than the desired amount, we are not dissappointed.
