Helpful but tried to rush us into taking shortcuts
Our agent was very helpful in guiding us through the process given we were first home buyers and a lot was new, including helping us fill out the contract.
We did feel there was some unnecessary rushing in the lead up to submitting our offer (like trying to encourage us to submit an offer before we heard back from our lawyers who were reviewing the contract).
