Been looking for a while for a decent apron (I'm a keen home cook) and discovered Bragard via Adam Byatt on YouTube. Ordered the travel apron on 16/11/25 and received it in 5 or 6 days in rural Andalucia (and I got a nice call the day after ordering to clarify an issue with my address, caused by my fat-fingered typing!). Apron is excellent (clearly hardwearing, great fit and coverage) and will probably outlast me. Great Product, great service. Very happy.

Ordered new staff uniforms in January on the Belgian website. As we did not receive them, we contacted them and were told they were not deliverable anymore (would have been nice if they told us, instead of we asking where our delivery was). So they would pay us back the amount. We are end of may now, and we still have not received our refund. As the Belgian branch is not existing anymore, Bragard France took offer. We have send and received several mails. But no money so far. The latest excuse was (I'll copy paste from their mail): "Sorry for the delay of my feedback. your file is in progress. Please know there are a lot of public holidays the las weeks, that slows down all cases processing."
I mean, it literally takes two minutes to send money all over the world. But with the Bragard company they take months. As we have not received payment as of today, we filed a complaint with the Belgian Government for malpractice.

I make an order more than 20 days ago and after a week i called to see if there was a problem because the payment was accepted in less than 15'. They told they have been making inventory and changing the informatic system that my order was going to be processedwhen possible. Now 22 days after my order it has the same status, nothing has changed. If they had adviced me that they had this issue before making the purchase i understand its my risk, but they didn't i had to call to ask why it was taking this long, they gave an excuse as it was really normal that an order take more than 20 days. Next week it's going to be a month of my purchase and i still don't have a delivery date...
