NEVER received my headphones!!

Paid for two Bragi headphones and NEVER received them!! I was so excited to receive them but to my utter horror, I have been given the runaround by Bragi for over a year (told to just be patient) and now they are not even responding to my emails anymore. Absolutely disgraceful! I have no idea what to do now and am utterly disappointed in this terrible business. If anyone reading is considering giving your money to Bragi, I'd definitely think long and hard before throwing your money away.

Do not buy Bragi Dash Pro

I first bought the Bragi Dash Pro in September of 2017. Yes, that was a while back but I really look after my electronics(I still have the first iPad which works very well and all my old cell phones). I do a number of different sports, swimming, gym, running, touch rugby, kite surfing, and the occasional triathlon. I bought the Bragi Dash pros as they fitted my needs even though the price take was very high. I really enjoyed them and used them 5 days a week for 6 months. The battery life is not great but the product was good. I then used then for another 6 months with the same results, always keeping them clean and well cared for. I then did not use them again until the beginning of this year 2020, as I was traveling and honestly I forgot about them. I started in a new job and went back to the gym and thought I have the perfect thing my Bragi Dash pros, I charged them up and put them in my ears and they worked well. I then thought I would upgrade the software as it has been a while and there might be some improvements. I followed the instructions online and all looked good as I got confirmation that the Bragi Dash pro's were upgraded successfully. I put them in my ear and heard nothing, I charged them, reconnected them, still nothing, plugged them into my laptop, it picks them up successfully but still nothing when I put them in my ears. I then contacted support whom takes a few days as well as a few follow-up emails to get a response. Eventually, I got support, I went through all the troubleshooting steps which all in all took about a week and a half. I was told I could get a replacement which I was very happy about but after I contacted the next support team(another few days) they told me they cannot give me a replacement as they are out of warranty. This was very annoying and frustrating as they only stopped working because of a software update from Bragi. So now after doing the correct thing I have an expensive paperweight. I have asked to get the older version of the software as that worked but was told that would not work.

Long story short I would not recommend these earbuds, rather buy wireless earbuds from reputable companies like Samsung, Jabra, Apple etc.

Product was decent. Support was abysmal

My experience with the product was overall pretty good. I loved the headphones. Apart from calls, everything else was top-notch.

It broke after 1 year and a half. Contacted support, they told me I would receive a new pair of headphones. Then I contacted again after 1 month, then another time after another month, then another time, then another time, then another time. I am waiting my promised new pair of headphones from last October... We are at the end of July now.

I know I will never get it at this point and it's a damn shame as I loved their product, but at least I can leave this terrible review.

do not buy the dash or related Bragi products. I have 2 Dash pro units, and both don't even activate, even after taking it out of the box... i thought it was an update issue, then i thought it was user error, then i thought it was the cable, then power, then after getting 3 other people to try, they all said... "buy apple air pods" OMG!

I have waited for their customer service for 3 months now !!
1 pair bought from their webshop - Dead on arrival - One set holds power for 20 minutes.
Every once a week they send an "automated" email telling me that they are working on the issue ??
Lets join forces and warn people when we see any of the original Bragi founders and owners trying to start a new company..
They should not be allowed to get away with this !!!

The worst customer experience ever

The worst customer experience ever.
Case no: #389825 and #273767

I received a pair of rather expensive earphones for Christmas 2017 made by the German company Bragi which were ordered on their online store. By March they were no longer working (no damage/ wear and tear was as they had hardly been used and were carefully looked after).

Firstly their customer service line tried to aid me in fixing it myself which did not work. Then once I exhausted these options the company agreed to fix/replace them. I was given an out of date delivery address to start and subsequently over the last year, Bragi have continued to delay and stall avoiding honouring any form of repair/replacement/refund. There must now be over 50 emails back and forth from their Zendesk & direct helpline from over the past year - every time it is almost the exact same email. They ask for another
few weeks to be able to help repair my product, I wait, then I ask again but they continue to ask me to wait.

I have completely exhausted my options dealing directly with them so I have reached out to the European Customer Commission after confirming that what they're doing is actually illegal. Hopefully other customers are doing the same and Bragi will be punished accordingly

Avoid this company like the plague. Disgusting conduct in every sense.

Two units so far, both defective (one after two months and one DOA).

Dealing with the Bragi customer service is worse than dealing with the bureaucracy in a 4th world country.

Not surprised by all the lousy reviews.

Shame. Good product concept. Terrible execution and lousy customer service policies.

I loved my headphones and they were a…

I loved my headphones and they were a reliable cheaper alternative to the dash and the dash pro, however i lost the charger and now unable to use my device.

At one point the shop used to sell spare parts, unfortunalty that isnt the case any longer and they were unwilling to sell me a spare charger, and suggested ebay instead or amazon for a new pair.

Now my headphones are useless.

After starting a return in the summer…

After starting a return in the summer (it’s december) I still have yet to receive a refund. Sent back the product in September and still are going through the slowest exchange ever through email with “customer service”. We have had dozens of emails now back and forth with Bragi saying “we’ll be processing your refund by the end of next week” or “we’ve had a system upgrade and your refund hasn’t gone through yet”.
We’re starting to think the companies having serious financial troubles and have resorted to delay tactics (and essentially stealing for us.)
There is no phone number to call. Just emails that that a week for a response. It’s pitiful. Compound that with a disappointing product and it’s a shame.

Product doesn’t work. I’m repeatedly fobbed off with excuses. I’ve returned it to be fixed twice and it still doesn’t work properly. Continuous evasions instead of giving me a working product or a refund. Avoid.

DO NOT BUY ANY BRAGI EARPHONES! SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY!

One reviewer already mentioned the crazy price of these earphones - £350!!!! This is one of those examples more expensive does not mean better.

They are NO good. They really do constantly fail. 60% of the gestures, smart features do not work WELL. They are not even to satisfactory level.

One of many examples is shaking your head when you want to skip a song during a run. I thought this was a great feature. In reality I had a dreadful experience on my first run. The songs would skip every 3 to 4 seconds!!! And during a run if you have no phone with you there is no way to switch this so called feature off. So I spent 1.2 hours of 16km run listening to all my songs in preview mode! Bragi replied to me saying that I can disable this feature, as with all the other "SMART" features they have. Then what is the point of having all these features if they do not work. They are in some development, starting stage, they are not worked out and not even thoroughly thought through!.

Sound quality is shocking! For £350 pounds I can get Bose Soundsport Free earphones which cost £180 and are amazing! I thought I have a go at Bragi because I lost the Bose earphones.

The phone/call quality is non existent, calls keep droping, connectivity loss, people complain they cannot understand and ask to switch to phone on every call!!

So really what are you paying £350 for? From all the audio/tech devices I have had I have made my biggest mistake with purchasing these! I had a feeling I will be very disappointed, from reading reviews online, but was reassured by thinking if they cost so much surely they are very good! I would price them at £120 due to the experience and issues mentioned above. And those are just some, here are more -

- the lights are not flashing whilst charging
- charging case freezes and charges earphones for 12 hours straight,
- so many resets, updates, software downloads,
- app not showing the earphones
- app removing all settings on each reset
- voice prompt is supper slow and anoying on every connection/disconnection
- earphones have to be picked from device - phone, pc, (where are devices memorized on the earphones then?)
- no amber charge state, took them out being green (high charge) only to find out 30 minutes later they are flat and need to be charged again.
- you can only use PC usb port to charge your dash, do not use wall socket, very convenient!

THE LIST GOES ON, AND ON, AND ON, AND ON,.......

If you are reading this, DO NOT BUY these earphones, they are like one of those online scammers! Bragi should be seriously penalized for releasing a product that DOES NOT WORK and charging £350!! Personally I am very disgusted, and their sarcastic customer services are even better! I highlighted one of the issues I wanted to address, and asked what options are there, he replied - "What options do you see?" What kind of response is this?

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Very expensive product (Bragi Dash Pro)…

Very expensive product (Bragi Dash Pro) that would be wonderful if it worked reliably.... but its doesn't. I am on my third replacement in less than a year and must have spent 20-30 hours running checks, switching software, upgrading etc.... all to no avail. Not sure this product should have come to market when it doesn't really work.
This issue is compounded by customer service that has no phone number, and a process of returning product that takes so long that you ultimately cannot be bothered to engage. Feel very annoyed with them.

I want to share an amazing experience …

I want to share an amazing experience i've had with the Bragi Team, although my product was delayed for months... I got very frustrated by the delivery time itself, but with some weekly contact and personal updates from the Bragi Team, i really got the spirit back, and i must say - It's an absolute fantastic product! - So thank you for good customer service!

Amazing Kickstarter campaign that …

Amazing Kickstarter campaign that managed well until the end. There were delays like any other, however, I got mine earlier than others because of being an early backer. It cuts off occasionally. Firmware updates have been provided and kinda support and improve the connection and other little hassles in terms of using it. However, still, very good considering it is their very first model.
Recently heard them selling a brand new version with a lot more features like AI incorporation and stuff. Really excited to try them out later. It is somewhat expensive though.
A pricy product, good quality Kickstarter management. Future is brighter for them.

Shipping delayed

I preordered some headphones and bragi said they are going to ship those in november - well today is 19th of december and noone of the customers has any information about the delivery. I would not recommend to get any product from this shop!

Not delivered

I am very disappointed with the company. I was very excited to get the dash as it look like such a great product which is contently improving. I ordered the dash and have not received it. A week as gone since i made my order and when i emailed them to ask what has happened they took 2 days to get back to me after 2 emails and then told me i had to follow up with the delivery company UPS. I have asked them to do that as it is not my responsibility to have the item delivered to me and they have not got back to me.
