Worked Pretty Well
DELTA worked pretty well for me. It put me into a relaxing state of mind before I fell asleep, and each night I took it, I could gradually feel my body easing into a more relaxing sleep than the nights I did not take the drink. I like how the company is very transparent about the ingredients and benefits. That's what attracted me to trying it in the first place. The drink is a little sour, but I was pleasantly surprised by the lime flavor.
