I traveled nearly 150km after being called for an interview at Brainstormer Technologies. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

After reaching their office, there was no proper technical interview or discussion about my skills/experience. I was only asked about salary expectations and then sent back without any meaningful conversation or process.

Candidates invest time, money, and energy to attend interviews, especially when traveling long distances. At the very least, companies should respect applicants by conducting a proper interview process or clearly communicating expectations beforehand.

Sharing this so other developers can be aware and avoid unnecessary travel or false expectations.
