Buyer Beware! I had an annual Business subscription to ZIPWP to try it out and when I went to go to cancel it the day before the "auto renewal" their support form on the website was broken and would not accept submissions. Tried again the day of the renewal, still broken. Was finally able to submit the request two days later successfully and I'm getting the standard cop out of "auto renewals are not eligible for refunds" plus an excuse of "you don't need to submit a ticket to cancel you can do that in the dashboard."

OK, fine. The reality is, my team barely used the software in the entire first year because we could tell almost immediately thay ZIPWP is nothing more than a tool that creates "AI-generated sites" pulling from their existing library of very basic templates, and adds some AI generated content to it. Which, OK fine... But not really useful for our team. It was worth trying out, but the fact that they are now refusing to refund my money and assist in cancellation should tell you all you need to know about how they do business here. We have zero use for this software, will not use it at all, and haven't in the last 11.5 months.

I have been a customer of the company for years with products like Astra Pro and UE, etc and it's just extremely short sighted by this company to not accommodate us due to the technical glitches that were happening with their support form when we were attempting to cancel just prior to the auto-renewal date.

WASTED MY TIME

Astra's free theme is deliberately crippled to funnel you into paying. You can’t set full-width background sections, containers are stuck in white boxes unless you upgrade, and nearly every visual tweak triggers a “this requires Astra Pro” message.

I just wanted to build a clean, mobile-first page — but even basic layout freedoms like transparent backgrounds or edge-to-edge containers are locked behind the paywall.

You don't discover this up front — it's only after hours of tweaking you hit the trap. They bait you with speed claims and then hide all meaningful customization behind Pro.

This isn't a free theme. It’s an upgrade nagger disguised as one.

Avoid it if you value your time. I have been told to try Blocksy or GeneratePress instead — I hear they offer far more without playing games. We will see! If they play games behind a paywall also you can expect another honest and factual reviewn

I dont think I could have put it clearer than i did! I aqctually think its too difficult for them to respond against my blatant truth, simple as that! and the request was hopefully for them a way out as they obviously dont like it!

Great team that went above and beyond to make Covert Plus work with my Dutch mailinglist provider. They made the slide in form look so good!

I started using the Spectra Theme and Spectra Plugin last July and really enjoy using them. However the first website I created had an intermittent problem where every so often the Home page would be scrambled. I contacted Brainstorm Force and their solution resolved the problem. I was very impressed as intermittent problems can be nasty to resolve. Working on another website I had a problem where the website did not look good at certain screen sizes. While they were unable to completely resolve the issue, they suggested a way to much improve it, even creating a little video showing me what to do. They are considering adding a new feature that would completely resolve the issue in the future. They take time and care over their support and I would not hesitate to recommend the company or its products.

I am very dissapointed! I already stopped my membership last year (mail sent 9/02/2024 10:26) and also i could not login into my account in 2024. Even though they still took the amount of my billing for this year 2025 without my permission. I cancelled my membership already in 2024 and still they won't REFUND my payment. If someone don't use your product then you don't take their money! It's like steeling.

Once again the Brainstorm team pulled out all the stops to help me solve a plugin upgrade problem. I've only been with Brainstorm for a few weeks but I have been deeply impressed by their level of customer service. An excellent team.

I am a long-time user of complex WordPress themes. Recently I began to discover the ease of using Astra, Elementor and Spectra themes for WordPress. With these I can turn out professional websites at an incredibly rapid pace.
Like everything worth doing in life there was a learning curve getting used to something new. I was under a tight deadline when I started with an Elementor website.
After looking around the theme I gladly paid the $49 for an annual premium service account with Brainstorm Force. Every time I got stuck finding features I was used to in other WordPress themes, Humayon & the Customer Care team helped me to quickly learn and apply the solutions I needed.
Brainstorm Force is upbeat, professional, and very expert with creating screen casts to complement their written step-by-step instructions. Over and over they have earned the 5-star recommendations I give them!!

I migrated from a custom theme to Astra and I couldn't be more delighted! It is a complete package that allows me to customise the website as SIMPLY as possible with little coding. There were so many things I couldn't do with the previous theme and a ton of extra code had to be added to make things work my way.

The templates are surprisingly lightweight and they load faster sans caching than my previous theme WITH caching. It's incredible!

What made my experience great was Ankush and his Customer Care team! They were relentless in finding a solution for the issue reported. Due to this experience, I recommend the UAE plugin.

These clowns have charged me the annual bill even though we were in contact 6 months ago and I canceled my membership. The funny thing is, the membership has to be cancelled by a ticket, you can't cancel your subscription yourself. Now I understand why!

After following their advice to refresh the permalinks, the issue was resolved immediately, and I was able to edit my headers and footers without any problems. The support was fast, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend their products and customer service!

I subscribed to a $200 plan and never received my product. Total scam! Avoid this company at all costs!

We have a slightly unique setup and had an issue with analytics not appearing. Support worked with us through the issue until it was resolved over the course of several weeks and now we're all set. Thanks!

Ultimate Addons FAQ section are gone from my websites. Lifetime licence and now plugin turns back to the Lite version saying I'm using Free version and need to upgrade to PRO. This caused all FAQ sections totally gone from my clients websites! No help, no life chat. Wasted money and predictable outcome of my laziness using page builders. Now I code all my themes and features from scratch and I will never go back using those weak plugins anymore! Only forced to use on some old clients website. The worst thing is when your website is relaying on somebody else that is irresponsible as this company is! Learn to code and code your website on your own. Do not use plugins like this one.
