ConvertPlus is a great Product of BrainForce. I used it now in two projects. It is easy to setup and has all features.
I had a little issue with CSS and the Support helped within hours. It was blazing fast. Even they did a littel Video that i can help myself the next time.

Found an incompatibility with a plugin, they did a patch straight away and updated me before release. Thanks, team.

These people run astra themes, which worked okay, i still had to get a ton of plugins to supplement their professional plan, which is fine, the reason I rate them low is once they process an automatic renewal, they will not process a refund. I get it that it is my fault, but why do you need to take money you are not earning, I have since cancelled the plan, the website is dead, but why not refund me the money. I was a paying customer and now you won't process a refund for services that were for a dead website. Sucks, and especially sucks right before Christmas. UPDATE: they did end up refunding me full amount of money after they saw this review. I don't think they updated their policy, but maybe they will. Merry Christmas Everyone, and thanks to Brainforce for being nice about it. I do appreciate it, but I am leaving the review up for a warning. Although I moved the stars from 1-3. Fair

I never received the download I purchased even after making contact 3 times. I was ran in a circle and still didn't receive the product. On the third day trying to get this fixed and still nothing. My site can not be completed due to this delay at such a busy time of the year for a shop. I've sent screenshots with proof of purchase with a return message that this can take up to 24 more hours. Unbelieveable!

Sometimes things don't go as planned and it can be hard when you are tying to learn a new process. I've always loved Astra and now learning Spectra and blocks...it's been a challenge, but you guys have been amazing and helping to minimize the curve.

Startet a support question about CSS files always is giving an error 404 after user is updating the page, if the user is not purging cache. I did that 2 months ago.

Since then, they have just tried to say that this is our servers fault, despite that this is going on at different server setups.

Astra is the only theme in the WP universe that does this, and I don't think they are capable of understanding my issue, since it has just been the same answer for each 2 months.

I will not recommend using Astra any more. Use Hello Elementor. Astra is using alot of bloated HTML and CSS in the source code, and in 2024 there is better themes to use.

My experience has been entirely positive. I made an error in my purchase. My mistake. With no fuss the team helped me correct the issue and did so in a friendly and cooperative way. I couldn’t ask for better service and support.

Update: Support has reached out to me with some possible solutions for the bug. Which is much better than being ghosted. I tried out their Astra theme on my Wordpress website. I got everything set up and then suddenly the beautiful transparent menu I set up was replaced by a white header with a random excerpt in it. I reached out to support, and the support agent from Brainstorm Force said there wasn't any issue and then ghosted me.

When they do respond it is after long days of waiting, and then they tell us that an developer has to look at the issue. The support person does not seem to duplicate simple issues and asks irrelevant questions. It's like they don't care at all!!! Apparently, they are in India so there is a pause of at least 24-72 hours for every question and query, if they respond at all. The upshot is we have software that does not work, wasted hours and days resulting in about a $1500 loss and a very upset clients around the world. My opinion is to not buy their software and save time, money and lots of aggravation.

I've been using BSF products for many years. Support did go massively downhill for their Beaver Builder add on, and like many I abandoned it in favour of the competitor. I've used support a few times in the last few weeks though and I have to say I'm impressed again. Their new range of Sure products is excellent, as is ZipWP. The owner Sujay seems like a lovely guy and I admire what he has achieved with the business. I wish them all the best. Keep up the high standard of support you have again (otherwise I'll be back here 😉)

When they do respond it is after long days of waiting, and then we are asked for information we have already given them. The support person does not seem to duplicate simple issues and asks irrelevant questions. Apparently, they are in India so there is a pause of at least 24 hours for every question and query, if they respond at all. I have found that many of the glowing reviews on influencers' and other sites are bogus; perhaps they create their own reviews as a marketing ploy. The upshot is we have software that does not work, wasted hours and days resulting in about a $1500 loss and a very upset client. My opinion is to not buy their software and save time, money and lots of aggravation.

They have helped me in several things that happened on my website.

They answer quickly and solve doubts.
