I had to pay the whole price of washing, cutting and drying, while they didn't wash and dry my hair, only cut. I had to come out of the shop with wet ugly hair. Further, I asked them several times to tell me how I should cut my hair better because I had damaged hair but there was no answer. I had to tell them how to cut it. Very disappointing

The whole haircut was done in 5 minutes and lady never even offered the wash. Which was supposed to be done ,I had to insist on getting my hair washed ,she didn't even dry my hair properly and no styling as well
