Astonishing
Purchased product changed the sound of my headset, I needed to adjust. I've been using the pads for couple months now and there is no way I could revert to my old ones.
And the delivery was so fast, like wow. It was on the cheaper side, too!

I bought pads for Sony MDR 1R and 7506.
They're almost perfect. The only thing I didn't like is that they stained other headphones when putting the pads on top of them.

I ordered their HM5 headphones (edit: it's actually been almost 3 months. no updates since june 26th.) months, they shipped it, but my post office lost them or someone stole them. I messaged the company when i wasn't get any updates on the package, i was told to wait a month before they could do anything, i waited, was very nice to Adithya the whole time despite how frustrated i was. i messaged them after a month had went by of no updates about my package, i was told to wait ANOTHER 4 WEEKS until they either get the package back or until their shipping partner tells them that it's lost. even then i waited, it's been almost 3 months, in the last week though i've started to lose my patience. I'm a struggling musician, the money that i spent on those headphones was money i had to scrape up after my original headphones broke. I ended up just biting the bullet and buying some cheap monitoring headphones from KZ brand, so i'm out of all together about 96 bucks. I messaged Adithya saying that i thought i was ridiculous that they made this problem my problem, and she's usually quick to respond. it's been... 3 days i think? and no response from her. (i'm hoping it's because the last 2 days have been weekdays) I feel cheated, so disgusted with this company. if they resolve this issue then i'll update. But for now i recommend not buying from this company. They're on instagram every month giving away 100 dollars and yet they can't refund me. insane. Adithya herself seems nice, but i can't tell if that's just to keep me from losing my mind about this ridiculous service.
Order never arrived after 4 months
Order never arrived after 4 months. Delay tactics, instead of offering replacements or refund. Customer service could do with a revamp. Will take the money and no after sales support. "It's out of our hands".
If you're looking at placing an order I would strongly reconsider.
Headphones came as described, but bad shipping experience.
I'm writing this review to hopefully reassure some people who have been waiting over 2 months for their order from the official Brainwavz website.
I ordered my HM5's on April the 28th and received them on July the 18th. So I waited a little under 3 months (I live in Canada (GTA) by the way).
This is the longest I've ever waited for any package, and I've received things from Hong Kong before (during the pandemic) in under 3 weeks.
The part that was the most frustrating of course was the tracking. I only received 2 shipping updates throughout the entire wait - one a few days after my order, and one a month later when I opened a claim on Paypal (which I found suspicious). I guess they use a different kind of shipping because the last thing I ordered from Hong Kong had updates all the way to my city...
Anyway, my headphones finally did arrive in less than 90 days. I'm not sure what happened to the people who wrote reviews that said it took 6 months or they never got it... Unfortunately, it was thanks to these reviews that I ended up buying another pair of headphones because I thought there was a chance I might never receive my HM5's. Now I have the HM5's listed on eBay.
Before I listed them though, I tested them to compare to the other headphones I bought and they are nice, comfortable headphones. The thing I don't like the most about them is they feel a bit fragile. These are also my first set of 'neutral' headphones, so I noticed a 'lack' of bass that I'm more used to. Overall they are very worth the price I got them for on sale.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. My order was given a tracking number that didn't work and the parcel wasn't delivered. When I asked where it was they said it was delivered and that they can't do anything. So once they have your money they don't care what happens.
Excellent quality replacement pads
Received a package as described from Brainwavz audio. The quality of the item is excellent, replacement Bose pads at less than a quarter of the price to buy here.
The delivery is not good but you have to allow that it is coming from Hong Kong to Ireland and I think these small packages sit in many a postal sorting office for a long time which is outside the control of the company. So if you want them in a hurry, perhaps go elsewhere.
Order from amazon not direct or you will age by the time they arrive
UPDATE 14 July 2021: well the order finally showed up after 7 weeks, issue appears not due to covid but that they post things "surface mail" from hong kong jeeps who actually does this in the 21st century. So I'll raise my rating a star or 2 as the order did actually show up. I would order anything from these via amazon if available in your country to avoid waiting for the sail ship to arrive in your country.

Dont order from the EU
Dont order from the EU. They didnt research import cost at all. It took TWO MONTHS for the earpads to arrive and then they charged me 17 euro import cost for a 23 euro product. Had they charged me 22 euros there would be 0 import cost. They could have even added it to shipping cost.
Customer service is just be patient be patient. Sorry there is import cost we can refund you (except the shipping cost).
Worthless company.
Headphones paid in March
Headphones paid in March, still not arrived on the 9th of June. Customer 'support' refuses refund, told me to wait until the 12th of July, and 'if there is no change in the tracking, please get back to us so that we can take it further with our shipping partner... (nb: that is still no refund). Never again.
