He was friendly and helpful, wanting to learn why I had stopped by and offered options without any pressure. Joseph showed me the cost of what I was selecting, costs which were lower than a quote at another place, but price was not the only deciding factor. No pressure, no up-selling, just a friendly person being open and honest with me. I’m glad that I stopped by.
