I didn’t sign up to the mailing list

I made a purchase from this company and specifically opted out of marketing emails. Despite that, they added me to their mailing list and started sending promotional messages anyway.

For me, this shows a lack of respect for customer choices and poor data-handling practices. It’s disappointing from any business — but especially surprising from a B Corp, where higher standards of transparency, responsibility, and ethical behaviour are expected. This experience didn’t reflect those values at all.

I’ve now unsubscribed, but I shouldn’t have been added in the first place. I hope they review their processes and bring their actions in line with what being a B Corp is supposed to represent.

Beautiful products, great customer service

Beautiful products, great customer service. products simply and beautifully packaged, wonderful scent, lovely natural ingredients that also work. Great customer service, a pump was broken on arrival, replaced in a couple of days with a new pump, a spare and a sample of a couple of they products. Would and will buy again and recommend wholeheartedly.

Fabulous products

Fabulous products! Saw this hand sanitiser being used at a 5* hotel and loved the smell! So have bought some online and came beautifully packaged and with a free gift. Would 10000% recommend and will use again!
