Poor customer service, lack of and unclear information in account that impacts pricing and makes the product less useful

It's difficult to get a response from Support and when they respond, the responses are vague and often unhelpful. I've submitted the form to "contact sales" several times and received no outreach from that. Not all of the data in our account displays, the way some important data is generated like MAUs is unclear, and the analytics don't work.
