The most unprofesinal unreliable and overall worst company to work with either as an employer or for your employees. Avoid them at all cost. They should be shut down by anyone with the athority to do so. Zero customer service. Zero in every area. Do your self a favor and go with any other Instant pay Company.

They stole my $16 and blamed uber while uber blamed its them that hold my money lol. It took literally 3 weeks to get my money back. Now its my time to share my experience all over to aware others that this is what yall will go through. They also put limit on your cash outs so you won't be able to withdraw if your weekly limits is full and ofcourse they will charge a high fee for each transaction. If you dont want to lose your mind , stay away

My husband was scammed thru this digital bank. He was scammed out $500. They dont want to go good on this. They know it was a scam but they dont want to make it right. Please please read the reviews DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. He has spent multiple hours on the phone trying to get this resolved is ridiculous.

This is a don not use bank! I was working a part time job that used them. Signing up was the first mistake I made. I should’ve came here first and read the reviews. I scheduled a payment and the funds were there. My creditor calls me and tells me, they didn’t receive a payment and it was returned as insufficient funds. There was above and Beyond what was needed to cover the bill. The situation got worse when I attempted to call this bank and was hung up on 3 times. One time was by a so called supervisor. I was asking that they refund me the returned payment fee. Since this was an ach payment, they partner with evolve. Well both of the companies have failed and I learned a lesson. I caution anyone not to use this service. They will try to entice you with benefits like, you can have access to rainy day funds. I don’t need that, I’m working 2 jobs. Don’t fall for anything they are offering because, it feels like some sort of a scam. Don’t do business with this bank or ANY of its affiliates is my advice. If you need more proof, keep reading the horrible comments. If you have an issue too bad so sad, that is the customer service motto in my opinion. I hope someone is saved by this comment. If you currently have money in this bank do what I did and move it NOW!

Branch is a terrible banking option. someone has taken money from my account via ATM in another state. i was working at the time and i contacted branch immediately. This has happened over a month ago. i was told that id receive a provisional credit in an email from them, then im there a whole week waiting for the credit, im sending emails and calling customer service and no one could give me answers. it was almost like they were guessing and apologizing to me. the call center knows nothing about the accounts. someone then e mailed me saying they can NOT provide me with a provisional credit. Then in a few more days i got an email saying the issue has been resolved and that i could just keep the provisional credit. the one that i’ve never got. now when i look at the disputed section in the app, it says i’ve been paid, but never have i seen this money again. i’m e mailing several times and no one will reply. i don’t trust them at all.

I'm a nurse and signed up with a new agency to make extra money to pay for school. They use branch....it has only been 2 days with this agency and branch is already given me a horrible experience. I worked a 12 1/2 hour shift and can't even access my money. I can't get into the app because it won't send me verification codes. Why is a phone number the only option to login? I called branch customer service of course they said it was my phone company. I call my phone company there is no issues on their end. All the troubleshooting tips on the FAQs page is useless. The wait times for customer service are ridiculous. They say contact us in the app through chat but how when you can't even get into the app. Once you navigate past the useless automated system you wait no less than 40 mins.

I've been waiting for a card for 22 days to cash my paycheck. I'm unable to transfer funds to any of my accounts or debit cards. Customer service is horrible. I've emailed them proof of the error messages I received and nothing.
I would give 0 star if I could!
