Branch has been a great experience for me so far! My company started using it not long ago and it's been awesome so far. Branch makes it a great banking experience with everything from the cleanliness of the app to the awesome cash back rewards. A lot of my colleagues use it too and have nothing but great things to say. Overall great experience!
This is an absolute scam, Not a Bank. my account was hacked and stole my momey, but when I requested a dispute it took them four months to investigate and finally denied the dispute. They dont listen to you. Do Not have an Account with this Bank.

I can’t log in to my Uber pro account because of a nonexistent passcode. 3 hours of talking to robots and people who don’t know anything about anything later, it turns out the account is powered by branch. These reviews shed light on why its been a week since I’ve talked to “anyone” and my issue still hasn’t been resolved but I still get a email every now and then telling me to just redownload the app. That didn’t solve the issue the last 30 attempts. I highly doubt that it would work now.
Absolute trash employees. Terrible customer service. You'll be on hold for 3 hours just to get the run around. No actual resolution to be found. They do this so you can't spend your money and after the card expires they get to keep your money.
I’ve been with Branch since 2021, but this recent experience has been beyond frustrating. I haven’t been able to log in for 3 days, and despite reaching out for help multiple times, I’ve gotten nowhere. It’s now the weekend, and I still can’t access my funds. Because of this, I lost a major contract. Branch is completely unreliable. I texted them all my info, emailed repeatedly, and even tried calling, but there’s no real customer service. I regret that my company switched to Branch—I was fine with PayPal and my bank, where at least I could speak to someone every day. This has been a nightmare.”
I got this on line bank throw a company and they suck. Some one withdraw 2 time out off my account and i made a report to them and made a dispute and they tell me . They can not do nothing that they didn't found a error. A error how stupid can they be. I made a report to the federal customer service. If anybody has this on line bank or want to get this bank think about. THEY SUCK BIG TIME
If I were able to give 0, I would. Since almost 90 days, I have been waiting for my refund, or provisional credit for a dispute. I spoke with the vendor where I claimed a dispute and am told that Branch received the payment on September 28th. Branch will not give me me new information only the same email over and over, when I actually receive one. It's under investigation they say. What is to investigate, if they received my money back?

Branch has the worst customer service working with my employer Dqs . I recently quit due to the delay in my pay and this branch card and my employer refusing to allow me access to my funds on payday I sat on phone 4 hours during each time I have contacted them to activate my new pay card they kept putting me on hold when they finally answered they told me to submit id and it was Friday escalated my case did not have any access to funds nor was my case even escalated and was refused access to my funds
This negative review is in regard Branch online banking company that is poorly managed. The same day pay option with your exclusive features you offer DOES NOT WORK! There's always a glitch or an error code with the app on my android phone. Your tech support at Tier I couldn't help me despite several calls to ask for assistance. My ticket was escalated to Tier II with the highest priority, and I was told also that I would have to wait 12 days for a response and when it would occur by email with instructions that went nowhere and too I waited 8 days for them to respond and their instructions didn't do nothing for me. I complained again only to receive another email with instructions that flat out failed to do anything good but stuck with the same rut I was in at the beginning. I'm sitting on employer cash for work paid and I can't make the transaction go through. Branch is horrible for with customer NO SERVICE. Tech Support wait time is highly unacceptable and their Tier II tact is poor way of communicating. I need to have someone navigate my way through the errors and glitches by phone not wrong instructions in an email. It was made to be too simplified but to no avail with Error codes and pass codes not accepted upon attempting to login and/or "my phone# is already in existence," Unacceptable and unprofessional and bad form! I will NOT and NEVER suggest Branch online banking to no one.
My company signed up with Branch and even that process was delayed. Your supposed to be able to receive your pay daily which so not true. Trying to find out what is going on is the worst as you can only reach someone through the chat and that after 45 minutes of waiting. Forget about reaching a live agent. I've been calling for the four days my company has had us signed up and wait time is greater than an hour. I am begging my company to get another system for us as the employees. And I am definitely going to make sure they read the reviews for this trash a.. company that has figured out a way to get over for companies on EST.
This is the worst payday advance app I have ever used. I have not been able to take an advance for five days and am now on vacation with NO MONEY because no one can tell me what went wrong with my account and every person I've talked to claims it has been escalated but NO MOVEMENT has taken place. I will NEVER use this app again. You're better off just waiting to get your full pay when it's due.

Firstly, they have restrictions on what you can use your card for even though it's YOUR money which you should be able to spend as you please. That alone is a good enough reason not to use Branch.
Recently I spent some money on a pair of shoes and now that that transaction is pending, my card is getting declined at the grocery store. After ordering the shoes it shows I still have $77 in my account. The $60 for the shoes has already been subtracted from the balance so the $77 should be available for me to use and it's not. This is extremely frustrating.
My experience is that they do everything possible to keep you from actually using the money in your account. I'll be ditching my Branch account ASAP.

Branch has one of the worst customer service department I have ever dealt with. All I want to do is put my middle initial and Jr. on my account profile. After a chat that took over 30 minutes and a phone call, I have gotten absolutely nowhere! Maybe I will try to contact them by carrier pigeon next time or simply just close my account. Utterly ridiculous...

Terrible. I was accidentally paid $1,000 for a trip I never made for my company, and it took more than an hour for me to transfer the money to my account so I could pay my company back. I've only been using the app for three weeks and my impression of the app and the company is pretty dismal. I wish my company would switch to a different payment method and there's nothing anyone can say to convince me otherwise at this point.

I’ve had issues since March with my pay advance. They claim I owed them $76.32. I have screenshots and have provided proof on more than 1 occasion that it’s been paid. I have had 3 different reps confirm this, yet it’s never enough. They ask for the same stuff and never resolve their errors!
This is a horrible company!
Can't get money in any way without paying to get my money. NO ATM access in my area. Will quit my job and NEVER work where the company uses BRANCH. No way to contact them. No card sent after over a week. No sense working for a company that I can't get paid due to this awful system.

I am extremely unhappy with Branch at this time. I had 2 unauthorized withdrawals made from my account. I filed disputes as suggested, which took 2 weeks to get a response, because there is no number to call and actually speak to a person. Everything is done via email I
Was told my claims were denied because I had no documentation. No duh Sherlock. The funds were taken out of my account without my consent and it says in the transaction that the PIN was bypassed. I'm still waiting for a response to the appeal I filed against their decision. Worst customer service ever!!!

My payroll provider sent the funds to my Branch account. However, whenever I would call the customer service line concerning my funds, I was repeatedly told that Branch has no record of my direct deposit. Administration for Branch is telling my payroll provider that they are working on it, but telling me that I don’t have a direct deposit.
