Got told via email my bonus was active for 7 days minimum. On day 6 it disappeared from available funds. Support explained the timer ran from signup, not from when I actually activated the offer.

Claimed a promotion that said withdraw anytime but when I tried moving my winnings it said bonus funds were still active and blocking me. The terms page didnt explain this bit.
Bonus credits disappeared overnight. Live chat claimed it ended on a different date than what was in their promotional email. Pretty frustrating tbh.
