Very Unprofessional Customer Service!
As if they never wanted to help in the first place.
Made an order of multiple clothing items, luckily of only £33. Still quite a lot considering I never got the products, neither the money back!
While ordering, both the transaction and payment went through to then ‘the website is not responding’ so no confirmation, no nothing, yet the payment managed to go through.
I provided them with the photo of the money being taken off and all the necessary information they needed me to, to later find out as if they never actually wanted to help.
Why would they? It’s a profit. Getting the money out of people while never sending the products. Ideal.
I will never be ordering again even though the prices are very affordable.
Not after such experience.
I would advise to anyone to be very careful and take such issues into consideration, when using this particular website.
This is how they get you and while they benefit on it, us, customers, lose.

Ordered a jacket. They accepted the order and took payment details. Processed without a problem. Received email confirming order. Five minutes later, received another email saying item out of stock. Waiting now to see if money taken from account and if I need to chase a refund. Very disappointing experience

Unprofessional company. I will never use them again. Very poor customer service too. Ordered a coat. Looked a good deal, all went through ok and they took my money. Then I get an email the next day saying they were sorry but it was out of stock and it will take 3-5 days to refund me. It wasn't out of stock, they just didn't want to honour the order as it was too cheap for a coat and free delivery. But I'm out of pocket for the week. Avoid them.

Ordered Xmas jumper at very good price, standard delivery 5 days, arrived in 2. What a bonus that the jumper lights up! No mention of this on website! Very good quality! First time used, excellent!!

Ordered a few xmas jumpers and a shirt with no problems. Delivered in a few days on standard delivery. Would use again.

I purchased boots, dress and a jumpsuit from this company. When delivered, I found that the order was incomplete and was missing my jumpsuit and the invoice including my return labels. Contacted the company 3 times but to no avail. I am not impressed as I cannot return a dress that is too large and I paid for an item that I never received too. I might make a trip in person to their offices in Salford as I live near by so that I can let them know what I think of their customer support service. 2 stars given as another order was complete and Christmas jumpers fit us well.

The thigh high boots that I ordered are poorly constructed look very cheap and is giving me a lot of discomfort it’s a waste of money please avoid buying shoes from them especially this type

More than two weeks ago I made an order on BrandAttic.
Three days later i sent an e-mail to Customer Service asking why was the ordering still processing.
BrandAttic answered me saying they were going to check the warehouse and would get to me when they had a response (which wasn't given).
Three days later, i asked again what was going on with the order and i was told it was going to be sent on that day (10 days after my order).
Today, 6 after days after BrandAttic said to me they were going to dispatch, my order is still processing and i'm not getting answered to my e-mails.

I bought a pair of Faux Suede Pom Pom pumps from Brand Attic. before buying I emailed to check that the fur was faux (the description said faux suede but didn't mention the pom pom fur). I was assured that it was, and had hoped so, given the shoes were so cheap (£28). Upon receiving the shoes, I immediately knew the fur was real. it felt real, it parted like real fur and had none of the characteristics of faux fur. I then tested the fur by burning a piece (real smells like burning hair, faux smells like chemicals/ plastic) and this confirmed it. The pumps are made in China, and are cheap so this confirms my worst fear, that its cheap animal fur from a disgusting Chinese market where they skin cats dogs and any other animal they can get their hands on, alive for this cheap trade. I contacted Brand Attic and they just denied that it was real and said I could return if unhappy. They are misleading the public and supporting a disgusting trade. Terrible brand with no ethics. I am following up with trading Standards and have kept the pumps as evidence

Bought a pair of boots, half price, was expecting to get cheap quality, but no, my boots are good quality, fits perfect, quick delivery and I'm a happy customer. Highly recommended!
