Yup! A scam! One on one call and had no linkage to speak to someone. No responses to any of the emails! Such a SCAM and I am out $297 and $15. The positive reviews are probably ppl on their own team!

Delivery at the time

The customer support from LPOD was good. they quickly stepped in to help me after a bad experience elsewhere. My instructor, James, was outstanding, supportive, and encouraging throughout my intensive lessons in Exeter. Definitely recommending LPOD to friends

After you buy they won’t even call you unless you want to buy the higher package then they will call ya for that
Customer service sucks

Scam! They sold my son a $15 store but had $297 then $79 hidden charges so far. Cancelling seems ridiculously complicated. Disputing with credit card now.

I have asked on numerous emails for help to log in and the only reply that I get is "check your spam file and you are already logged in." I have not received anything in my spam folder or logged in.

After purchasing they offered a package without a specific price or warning. I tried watching a video and just like that I was charged $400! Do not trust this website! Wish I would’ve read reviews before paying for this scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND! I also heard the wait the 90 days, so they don’t have to refund anymore! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Big scam I was charged 300 plus dollars some how now I can't get a hold of anyone to get a refund scam company stealing people's money !!!

The whole experience. I was reluctant to buy shoes on line re sizing and comfort. The chat box was true to post giving a measurement in cm and they are a perfect fit and colour. Highly recommend.
