This company is a scam. I am still being charged after two years as there is no way to cancel account. I am disputing the charges with my bank but please stay away from this company. They are engaging in criminal behaviour and need to be taken down.

I've been using Brandbuilder.ai for about 3 months. It started out pretty good. While I am proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator, this was a quick way for me to brainstorm ideas and quickly look at a lot of different colors, fonts, and logo ideas. After about the first month, I started having issues with the dashboard loading my brands....it was just blank. After refreshing several times, it usually came back withing a few trys. Now, I am unable to load my dashboard, I've tried different browsers, my cell phone, etc... It will not load the dashboard. It's very frustrating. I can access my account (where I was sure to cancel the auto renewal), but the site will not allow me to create any new brands or see the 8 previous brands I've created. There is no support. There is no contact form. There is no help of any kind available. And, did I mention that I prepaid for a year... So, now I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs hoping that the dashboard loads again. There are plenty of other companies out there...do yourself a favor and skip this company.

Total scam. Do not use. They take your money and screw you over. No support. No lines of communication. And they keep taking money off your card and you have nobody to complain to. They are a ".ai" address for a reason. Totally unregulated and untouchable!!!

This is the most basic builder around, they don't answer support requests, they have no social media because people will expose them if they do! They overcharge you and don't reply when you tell them you've been overcharged!

Stay away! The company is not GDPR complaint. The company do not answer any support requests.
