Still waiting for a refund
I purchased a jacket. It took over a week to arrive. This was too big.
Contacted twice regarding a refund but no reply.
No prepaid returns label so sent back at a cost of £5.55.
A week on no communication or refund
Parcel delivered back to them and signed for.
Raised a complaint with paypal.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have purchased elsewhere £10 cheaper

Do not waste your time buying from this…
Do not waste your time buying from this company! They sent the wrong item I purchased and when informed, they told me I would get a refund which I'm still waiting on. They never offered me a pre-paid return label, considering it was their misdemeanour of shipping the wrong item. Why should I have to pay to return it?
Also, I was informed by Kirk they don't actually have the item I purchased - false advertising.
Having tried to email them again, their email address suddenly doesn't work and I'm still left with the item I don't want. Have they intentionally blocked me?
Absolute disaster of a company with horrendous customer service. Don't waste your time.
