Customer service is shocking!
I have ordered from here quite often and have sadly had issues with 2 orders. My last order arrived damaged and the customer service is awful. No reply to my emails. Won’t be ordering from here again.

1st time ordering only one issue
1st time ordering, seemed good company with a lot of variety.
Poor packaging only one thin bit of sellotape round the box not packing tape to seal several cleaning products.
Box was falling apart upon arrival, one of the cleaning products was leaking,” carpet cleaner”.
However, great prices, great range of products, packaging needs a lot of improvement!
