I wouldn’t give it 1 start but aye! I know they’re going to report my review as violation because they don’t want a poor review WELL....Branding Agency along with American Logo Designers did a VERY VERY POOR JOB in handling our agreement. They didn’t come through on logo ($139) and website ($250). Nothing but LIES after LIES after LIES! Then American Logo Designers BLOCKED my number. YES! Jack Brown the manager BLOCKED ME from calling him, so I had to use another telephone number and HE ANSWERED! But he told me another LIE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS and BRANDING AGENCY. DAVID BROWN, ERIC MURPHY, and JACK BROWN are NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS, LIARS, and THIEVES!

Well I was told it would take 6 weeks for my website. That was back in July and now we are in October. They could have knocked this out in three weeks if they would just read my emails. They averaged one correction every 9 days. I lost a lot of revenue by not having a completed site. I asked them several times, are you in the U.S., they said California, I’m smarter than this. Every time you speak to them you can barely hear them because it sounds like a call center. When you ask if they are in the U.S. they keep skirting around. Their is a language barrier which makes it tough. They sold me a website, logo, email, and then came back months later and said, oh by the way in order for your website to go live we another $300 for governmental requirements, that was chicken poop. Why they didn’t disclose this upfront as they knew I needed this. I sent them the same email 6 times and they never corrected what I asked. It’s been a miserable journey with them. I will say they put Maria on my project the last 5 days and she was a charm. She followed all instructions of what I wanted and did it in 3 days. The same things I wanted 7 weeks ago, that I been asking for, she done in 3 days. It’s amazing we wasted 7 weeks. Based on my experience I would not use them again. It has been disturbing with the lies, deceit, and time spent on this.

I initially thought I was getting a good deal. For $188 I was offered unlimited concepts, a social media banner, business card headings and my logo would be copyrighted. I enjoyed the initial communication and I was happy with the final logo. I even bought a second logo from Jaso Roy. I wasn’t very happy when Jason Roy began texting me to have him update my website and social media.

On March 14 request a logo Design. After apsking for the copyright to the logo they tried to upsell me $200 to $500 for a copywriter license. Since I declined that I asked them to cancelled everything before any logo was done. After talking to 2 different account managers I was told the refund was not going to be an issue. They have a 100% money back guarantee.

As April 28, they stop responding to my email, no logo or refund had being made. Bad company, bad service. Don't trust them.

May 31
On May 29 Branding Agency Inc reached out to me on Trustpilot and asked me for my order details. I provide them with my order info. It's being 3 days. Will post updates of they resolve my issue.

June 2
I open a "charge back" claim on my account. My bank denied it because the "merchant provide evidence of payment and delivery". I asked my bank copy of the evidence and discussed it with the bank Fraud department manager.

To our surprised, Branding Agency Inc summited a falsified conversation using some "Logo design cafe" message service between me an some "Alan Thompson". Not only they staged a conversation, also the desings they showed on the slides had nothing to do with the logo design I hired them for.

I don't know if this was just a deceiving act of some untrustworthy employee or the whole company but is just a extremely unpleasant situation.

I'm please to say that my bank sided with me, provided me with a copy of the "falsified evidence" an are processing the "Charge back".
