Outstanding customer service and tenacity to deliver
We had a flood and desperately needed a dehumidifier. Tried multiple places and eventually placed an online order with Brandon Hire. Unfortunately their system allows orders even if no availability, and we were initially told they couldn’t fulfill. However Phil at the Bridgwater branch moved heaven and earth to get us the equipment, even arranging to have one transferred to his location and amending the order when the item was 110v not 240v from a RCD to a transformer. Absolutely outstanding dedication and customer service and made a real difference to our ability to recover from a quite destructive event. Well done.

Great, straightforward experience
Great experience hiring a floor sander. Good price, friendly service and easy to buy the right sandpaper and bags in store.
Just make sure you phone the store before collecting if you book rental online because the website allows you to book things even if the store don't have any to rent to you!

Excellent service, just a minor hiccup
Excellent, sturdy scaffolding tower with clear instructions. Delivery and collection drivers were really helpful with the loading / unloading. Would have been 5 stars but the delivery was 4 poles short - the Bridgwater office were really apologetic and got them to me a couple of hours later.
