Shambles
Shambles. Hired a mixer. Guy put the loose RCD lead on top without telling me. It fell off the truck. I couldn't use the mixer. Had to hire another one from HSS Hire. Cost me fuel for 2 journeys to Derby and Sheffield, a CAZ fine in Sheffield (£70) ended up being charged for both mixers. So I'm about £200 down. They tried to charge me for the lost RCD cable too until the Area Manager stepped in.
Plus I missed the Community Shield match, and had to take Monday off work to finish the job and return everything.
Chesterfield staff were arsey. Not a great customer experience!

Pros: Easy to arrange hire, friendly staff, fairly reasonable price overall, excellent quality of product.
Cons: charge for pre filled petrol is way overpriced compated to real cost of petrol.
So overall good but £6 for 0.6 litres of petrol is extortion.
