I was able hire a petrol scarifier at short notice after calling the contact centre first thing in the morning. None were shown available on the website but Nicky was very helpful and contacted the branch. One was available which I picked up before 0900 and was given full instructions by Paul. I completed my job that day and returned it early on the following Monday due to stocktaking. The scarifier was great to use. My garden had been carved up due to the wet weather and significant cutting of Leylandi. The machine aided in levelling and of course de thatching the grass.I will use this branch again even though there may be other hire centres close to where I live.

Friendly and efficient staff but had to thoroughly clean very dirty carpet cleaner before use.

The guy behind the counter was spot on I booked online they'd taken the money but when I got there,there was no trace on computer he helped me sort it out extended the hire after the drive belt snapped on the mixer couldn't of asked for better customer service

No issues, staff friendly.. first time using Brandon for tool hire and it was a far more pleasant experience than the previous local company I used. Can't fault them.
