The carpet cleaner was not cleaned out
The carpet cleaner was not cleaned out. And had black engine grease on the hose which we did not notice until our pale carpet had big black marks on which took a lot of ingenuity to remove. And that was before we even started.
We were given incorrect instructions about how it worked
We were charged nearly £2 for ONE cleaning tablet. No indication of how many we might need ( but obviously more than one and the price was iniquitous)
I received SO MANY Emails from you, mostly incomprehensible. Certainly unnecessary and they became annoying. You should review what you send to customers. It may mean something to your computer system, but not to real people.
Tbe staff at your depot were pleasant enough but didn’t really care.
I would not recommend this company

I hired a Niftylift 120 as shown on your website, only to be told by email the next day that you don't have one in my area. I had paid for the hire and it took several days before my hire fee was refunded in full..
Staff were helpful and friendly.

5 tutorial and extra day hire FOC
Deliver driver spent 5 mins showing me how to start and operate the turf cutter and gave me a couple tips. Probably saved me an hour of clowning around.
Also, I hired it for same day but it was collected the next day. This allowed my neighbour to borrow the tool too.
