I bought a domain name from Brandpa

I bought a domain name from Brandpa, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the logo. Jowita (the owner) went above and beyond for me with several revisions until I was happier with the logo. She also provided me with fantastic and super friendly customer support regarding other concerns that I had.

If you want 5 star customer support from an owner who appreciates your business, then this is the company to purchase your domain names from.

I highly recommend Brandpa.com due to the excellent support.

Had an overall very good experience

Had an overall very good experience. The initial requirements to transfer the domain name were a bit confusing and not working for me, so I called customer service and had a fabulous experience on that front. They stayed on the line w/ me for over 10m minutes and gave me step by step instructions on how to get the domain officially, legally transferred to me. Would not hesitate to recommend using Brandpa to acquire a needed domain.

Very bad business ethics

Brandpa website contains misleading & inaccurate information.

I want to warn customers & buyers that the domains you see on this website are not reviewed by experts.

Anyone can list their domain on this website just by giving them $8.

Many domain names are infringing on someone's trademark.

Almost all domains are overpriced and substandard.
