Long delivery time and sent the wrong size. Very difficult to get in contact to let them know of the mistake. Only know they received anything from me was when I received a package with the correct size.

So I've placed 2 orders with them, and both orders I received the incorrect items (sweatpants, received the wrong color)...first time around, I sent them an email with pics to show the mistake, they responded and sent me a new order, which was also incorrect...I gave up and just kept the pants, no biggie, they're just sweatpants...a couple weeks later I placed a new order for the pants I originally wanted, and again, I received the wrong color...sent them an email with pics of receipt and incorrect item...that was a few days ago and I haven't heard back...needless to say I'm done ordering from them
Unlike Ebay, I received exactly & precisely what was advertised and offered to me.
I bought these lounge pants for my husband initially, but then picked a few up for my elderly father and he absolutely loves them! So much so that I just bought two more pair. He’s housebound most of the time so these work well for him and he says they are really comfortable. My husband loves his also.
Service was inexcusable poor. Emails to you were ignored. Paid for express shipping expecting the order to go out the next day. Requested the order to be canceled since it wouldn't be sent immediately. That request was ignored and the order was shipped a week and a half or so later.
Would not recommend you to anyone. Felt scammed.
