Branson and Blue ergonomic posture chair

I purchased an ergonomic posture chair from Branson and Blue in October 2022. I weight 120 lbs, much below the weight max of 270 lbs given for this product. Even at this weight the chair is wobbly and unstable as if it is about to fall apart. The padding is also inadequate and feels as though i am sitting on the wood. Not only am I disappointed in the cheap quality of this product, I have reached out to Branson and Blue twice with no response.

I am a repeat customer at Branson&Blue…

I am a repeat customer at Branson&Blue and have never had a bad experience. Fairly fast shipping and great customer service. They even gave me a discount on my next purchase when I told them how much I was enjoying my chair i bought from them. Overall I'd recommend them
