Terrible customer service

Avoid this company.

I spent €368 on a hair order and, after receiving no confirmation email or update, I simply contacted their WhatsApp business number to ask if everything was okay with my order.

Instead of providing customer service, the owner questioned why I was messaging at 11 PM, even though it is a public business WhatsApp account and I never expected an immediate reply. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong simply for asking about my purchase.

After this unprofessional exchange, I politely requested to cancel my order. Rather than handling the cancellation, they refused to communicate further and hid behind PayPal.

The issue is not the product—it’s the shocking lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disrespect towards customers. I have never experienced customer service like this before.

I would not recommend buying from this company.
