Opening a brand new checking account at Brattleboro s&l in Vermont.

This is about opening a brand new checking account at Brattleboro savings & loan.

The process to do so is lengthy - must be done in person - very invasive of personal details, BUT:

The worst of it is that making the initial deposit from another in-state bank gets placed on hold for WEEKS, meaning that you cannot use your own money - but they CAN.
.
Thus the 1-star review as I cannot recommend using this bank based upon that personal experience.
