The worst customer "SERVICE" I have ever experinced
I recently experienced the worst customer "SERVICE" I could ever have imagined.
I have been a loyal customer of Braun for over 50 years, buying Braun products in preference to other manufacturers which were often cheaper.
When my Braun S7 razor needed a new head I bought (of course) an original Braun product in preference to an wquivalent product at a quarter of the price. I used the "old" head a little longer until it finally developed a fault. I replaced it. regretable the new head simply did not work. I am an engineer so I quickly recognised the holes in the head were smaller causing the problem. I suspect that they recognised the reduction would save money but it also results in defective product.
I wrote to Braun resulting in a barrage of emails asking simply stupid questions. In the end I informed the customer "SERVICE" the head was new but simply did not work and asked them to replace it. Instead I was told to find a Braun service centre and show it to them.
As I initially said, THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I will not buy Braun products again
