Shopped at the brava fabrics store in Las Letras, Madrid
Shopped at the brava fabrics store in Madrid (las letras). The store was small. Everything was nicely displayed and the person helping me was lovely. I adored the Snoopy series with the fun designs. The prices were higher than I expected. The quality of the fabric seemed well made. I only shopped there to have a product made in Spain otherwise I would not have paid the higher price. Products are made using sustainable materials.

Poorly sewn dress and I can't return it
Unfortunately I’ve noticed several quality issues wit the dress I ordered. The shoulders appear to be of uneven length, and the sleeve openings are also asymmetrical, which is quite noticeable when worn. Additionally, some of the seams are poorly stitched and look uneven.
Moreover, when I created the return, I couldn't download the return label to send the dress back for mor than a week. After I contacted the support, they wrote to me that I have to create my return label and pay for the delivery myself as I live in Cyprus. There is no such information in the FAQ about returns on their website.
Cann't recomment their shop at all, very bad.

On your email message, this inconvenience on the dress was not mentioned. Unfortunately for Cyprus the return is on the customer expense, but as this was a defective garment, if we would have known this before we would try to find a solution to cover the shipping cost, as this was totally our fault. Can you please send us a photo of the defective garment by email?
