Waiting over two months for any response to my marketing enquiry: I offered them my money to advertise, they never responded. I'm going to sell all my BAT ASAP and stop promoting this junk.

Good software.
Have used their browser. Great. Nothing to complain about. Blocks 100% of ads and trackers based on my experience and it's really faster than alternatives. The only drawback that it doesn't have the option to translate the whole page on iPhone, unlike chrome has.

Have used this browser for about 3 years, but getting ready to uninstall as soon as I find a decent replacement. The Shields setting used to work great, but now are just a joke. When you set them for stricter control, they just revert back to Standard every time you close the browser. Contacted support, but never hear a peep from them. It used to be decent, but this browser is anything but secure or configurable. Don't waste your time with their empty promises and claims about privacy and security.

The Brave browser is very good, the search engine not so good and the customer service the worst in the industry. I have been double billed for Brave Talk for MONTHS and there is NO WAY short of cancelling your credit card to get them to stop billing you, or in my case DOUBLE billing you. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD NUMBER FOR ANYTHING - THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL!!!!!

The search data is out of date: several weeks ago the webmaster deleted a page with my personal data. But such a page still appears in Brave searches. There is no outdated content removal tool like for Google or Bing and despite writing, no one responds. Very bad for those who pride themselves on protecting privacy! Never again!

When was using brave from one last year. At first, it was good and fast. But now it is so worst, every website is hanging to load and especially YouTube videos it takes several minutes to start the video. After staring the video, we could not pause or mute the video, and it continually plays. Now I'm having the worst experience with Brave browser. Please don't download the Brave browser, instead use chrome with required extension. Thanks

I love all the integrations since they got really into web3, this will be one of the major browser companies in the next web revolution that we will see in the next years. Good job, keep it up!

Browser is mediocre at best... i mean you can't even sync devices... But the incentive that got me here, brave rewards, is a lame scam. They claim Uphold and Gemini are not supported in my country??? But you still make money from my activity? I HAVE A GEMINI ACCOUNT THIEVES!!!

The most efficient browser I have ever tried. The speed and stability are incredible, a game-changer!

I tried the BRAVE browser today; I could find no way to to customize the desktop properly. I could not add a history icon, a one button bookmark icon with a drop down menu, a font size changer, a print icon, a refresh page icon, an e-mail link etc to the desktop. It could be used as an emergency browser, but not much else for me.

They repeatedly launch scam scheme to steal our token earned. They recently launched "not supported region" to hold our BAT token that was already earned, while they are still sending us ads. They are feeding their creepy self interest. They are making fool of their advertisers as they are sending ads to the users but taking token to themselves through scam scheme. My 66 BAT is about to be stolen by Brave Team.

PS: I finally DID add Brave to be used as my PDF converter. I was unable to access my "Associate a File Type or Protocol..." in the Windows control Panel. I guess it is too complicated for Brave Browser to answer a question as how to activate the PDF feature with Brave Browser.

Add Brave to the list of companies that do not want to 'hear' from their users. Occasionally, Brave will 'convert' DOCX, DOC files to PDF files. Then, something happens and those files will no longer be converted by Brave. There are no PDF, buttons, links, etc to activate the PDF feature in Brave. Neither are there any ANSWERS in the Q&A that address the PDF feature. Add the fact users cannot contact Brave about problems. IF THERE IS AWAY, PLEASE TELL ME HOW.

I haven’t watched an ad on YouTube in years. I love this browser and their mission of an ad free internet.

I have no complaints, and the BAT system works great in my opinion. My wallet was suspended 3 times for "suspicious activity" (Still don't know why) but support quickly resolved it every time. It's a great browser and I recommend it!

I downloaded Brave a year ago and I have been using it for everything on both my phone and desktop. I earned around 10 (V)BAT and stored them on an unverified wallet.

Brave decided to sunset vBAT meaning that all my BAT will be gone. I also do not have the option to verify and receive my BAT because Gemini and Uphold are both not supported in my country. This is fraud because I have already earned those BAT that I will be forced to donate away.

I had a good experience with Brave Browser until today. For some reason, the browser kept crashing on my Ubuntu system. I uninstalled it and re-installed. Everything works great again. However, I lost my crypto wallet. I used my recovery phrase to import my wallet, but the BAT tokens are not there. I only earned about 3 tokens. Aren't the coins supposed to be in Brave's wallet?

I deleted Brave from my system.

outstanding browser i ever seen any browser with lot of features.you can stream ads-free youtube web. you can listen ads-free music (spotify web player) in pc only. in mobile this spotify web player will won't support. it will block all cookies and it will protect from scam ads.if you will use correctly brave is so much better than chrome.it can detect the unsecure sites.you can change the search engine also.you will get rid from scam ads notifications.
