Receiving unsolicited emails
I have never made a purchase from Braw paper co but started receiving order confirmation and marketing from them. They have been quick to reply to my questions about this saying a customer had used the wrong email address but I'm still being contacted about an order I have not made. A simple email verification process would stop this from happening.
