I ordered an American fridge freezer

I ordered an American fridge freezer, which I had been obsessing over for ages but could not afford in one payment. Finance was easily arranged, within my weekly budget, through Snap Finance. The product arrived swiftly and exactly on time and I am 100% satisfied with what I bought. Over the repayment period I have defaulted on numerous payments due to changes of income and snap finance have always been very understanding and even deferred my default payments to the back of my repayment schedule with no added interest. Overall I am one happy customer. Thank you

Stay well clear company is a joke

Ordered a coffee machine to be delivered in 48 hours took payment says order unfullfilled. Lucky went through finance company snap so all I need to do is get them to cancel the finance which I.ve emailed them about and told them this company is a joke. They don't answer the phone or messages , or emails . Seems they live taking money but will not give you your items or respond to you. Pity I didn't check them out first. Would of given it 0 stars if I could

DO NOT ORDER

Do not order, I ordered a Garden Parasol at the beginning of May and they took my money but I have had no contact or confirmations of the order. Luckily I screen shot the summary with details of transaction but I have tried for nearly 3 months to get answers as to why I have not received item or refund. Complete scam and now I’m having to go through my credit card company to claim my money back. Please stay away from Braysuk or you will loose your money.

Don't Deliver - but keep your money.

Its been more than two months, despite multiple phone calls and emails - no contact from them, no item. I ordered this back in April and it was meant to be "speedy delivery"

I'm now trying to get my money back from my credit card company.

AVOID THESE LYING SCAMMERS

UPDATE AFTER THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: the banner on their website said they were OPEN... it changed weeks after my order was placed and after it should have been delivered - and if they knew they were sitting on lots of paid for but not delivered orders ... why wait FIVE MONTHS to start issuing refunds (which I haven’t received yet)

UPDATE TWO: Three weeks after the comment below was posted and no sign of a refund. Maybe they should spend more time giving me back my money and less time trying to police review sites.

UPDATE THREE: Quite unbelievably (but like some other reviews on here) BraysUK even reported my review as "fake" to get it taken down! I had to supply Trustpilot with a credit card statement to show that I had a "genuine trading relationship" with this horrible company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DO NOT TRUST THEM

Ordered an item that said it was…

2nd update brays contacted me and asked for my order info - I gave it and still nothing - please can you advise when refund is coming as it is still not here!!!

UPDATE: responding to reply below from Bray's, agree with other customers your website was definitely open and only changed weeks after order, why no communication and why wait monthes to issue refunds, did covid prevent you from answering an email for 4monthes! Ridiculous! Finally If your website was closed (which we both know it wasn't) you should have closed the order system down - just making excuses am still furious you are are copying and pasting same ridiculous excuses to all customers!. WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE ISSUED?

Ordered an item that said it was available for speedy delivery but had no confirmation - no sign of the item and they have taken the money. Haven't responded to multiple emails or ever picked up the phone - I think they have gone down but shame on them for keep taking orders and money and leaving on the VM they are having technical issues! Total liars and shame on them for taking advantage of people during a crisis. Absolutely immoral and also I assume illegal - heartless crooks - avoid.

Applied for new tv

Applied for new tv, as my tv became faulty today and with run out to Christmas was abit much to splash out £800 on a new tv so soon to Christmas as got 2 kids and a new baby,so thought I would apply as my credit score is good and always payed off and on time, placed order and got text to call and book delivery slot, and was Told that snap finance refused my application for credit,so i checked my credit score with Experian and sitting at over 550 which is a fairly good credit score and never missed a payment, so before I collected kids from school I had some time to kill so I poped into my local brighthouse store and explained the situation and if they could do anything for me and loan behold I walked out my local brighthouse with 75 inch Tv instead and double the cash price compared to braysuk which I only applied for 50 inch tv at half the price, clearly the company they use for finance and are using reputable company for credit checks as was refused and walked into brighthouse and walked out with new tv in less than 30 mins

After reviewing the draft order you created, unfortunately, we do not have any control over who is accepted for finance as the finance is supplied by 3rd party company, Snap Finance. You are more than welcome to discuss with Snap Finance why they did not accept your application. You can reach them on 03300 109381. You are always more than welcome to purchase goods from our website by using your credit/debit card. Finance is there as another option for our customers.

After looking into your credit score, Snap Finance considers more than just your score before approving customers. We can see that Experien states that credit scores from 300 to 579, considered Very Poor.
