I too purchased the Emily Dress and unhappy with it. I was suspicious when the parcel took a long time to arrive and when it did, it came from Hong Kong. There are no labels on the dresses and the material poor. I found the exact dress for sale on Shein for $15.00 and suspect that is what I was provided with. I contacted them multiple times for the money back guarantee provided. I have not had any response.

I am having exactly the same issue as you all. I too have these Emily dresses that look like a potato sack on me, cheap material. I have emailed twice now to ask for a refund and have had no reply.

Just like the other reviews, I ordered the Emily "premium dress with Tummy Cover", as a 2 for 1 offer. I received two hideous dresses that look like potato sacks; nothing like the images on the website. The colours are in not the same as what is advertised on the website and the fabric is cheap synthetic material. These are going straight into the bin.

Had the same response from Brayze. Their website states 30 day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your purchase and they will provide a full refund. Have emailed them with this information and asked for a full refund. I paid by PayPal so if I don't get a response I will take this up with PayPal. Funny how they are happy to do an exchange, but where would you be sending the items back too? 🤔

I had exactly the same experience as previous reviewers who bought a 2 for 1 deal on dresses.
The workmanship on these dresses is absolutely shocking, the seams were in the wrong place (across the bust) and the dress over large, looked like an ugly sack on. Given previous complaints for the same item, they obviously couldn't care less about their customers ... and they continue to advertise them.
There are no labels on the dresses showing brand or size.
When putting in a complaint I was offered only a 50% refund and to keep the dresses. I was told the only way I could get a full refund would be to post the dresses to Malaysia at my own expense and this would be a lengthy and expensive process for me, so the better option would be for me to take the refund.
I am left with these ugly dresses, I could not even give them away. I believe this is what they bank on.
After seeing previous reviews, I feel this company is a scam, knowingly sending cheap & nasty clothes to customers then pocketing the money not refunded. Due to this experience, I will no longer buy online goods unless I know it is from a reputable Australian company.

BEWARE- I bought two dresses on a 2 for 1 deal that were very oversized and a different fabric than expected. The bodice finishes halfway across your breasts. They look like potato sacks and make you look like a blimp.
Material is hot and not as pictured.
I asked for a refund and I would return them to NSW where they were dispatched from.
They offered me a 50% refund and I could keep the dresses as they said I would have to post them to china and it would be very costly. They said most people accept the 50% refund and keep the items to save the cost of returning.
If you buy them in Australia, you should be able to return them from where they are dispatched from.
Now I either spend $30 to return them to get my money back or get $34.50 back and keep two dresses that I can’t wear.
I’m screwed either way.
If I could give zero stars rating I would have.

Have just bought a 2 for 1 deal on a dress from Brayze Melbourne ...picked a size according to their size chart & it was so wrong , much bigger than size chart indicated , they offered to change size when I contacted them but because their sizing chart is incorrect what size would I choose... so asked for a refund to be told I have to return it to china because Australian warehouse closed - this would cost the same amount as the dress so they offered half price refund ...so shit the style also was wrong...an aline dress should not have a seam across the bust ..should be under ...all in all a shit experience I would never repeat ...only Aussie verifyed business for me from now on...

I order a nice cotton/ linen dress with collar. I got a polyester sack.

Waiting to hear back from them. Never been scammed before with online shopping. So disappointed.
We not cheap either.
