Where do I start?
Where do I start?, DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS VERY DODGY COMPANY!!!!!.
They are not a member of atol or abta, FAULSE ADVERTISING.
I've requested a refund due to ill health, trust and concernfor my special needs family.
I was asked for £1000 deposit for holiday, I paid , then see others asking £60 per person???.
The telephone reception is appalling, FAULSE call back promises, as for the manager James, always over talking you.
I'm £1000 down due to my worries, I initially asked for refund March, holiday is September, plenty of time.
Worst experience of my life.
