Great breath work session 👍

I too part in a Breath work session with Mel on a retreat and I really enjoyed it and I was intrigued to learn more so booked a one to one session which was so valuable. I really enjoyed the session and look forward to booking the next one.

Mel is the Perfect Coach for Breathwork

My first ever breathwork session and I had no idea what to expect. Wow! Everyone should experience this.

Mel is brilliant - guiding you through. I joined as part of an online group and I felt that Mel was attentive to each of us individually watching our breathing, giving hints and tips, encouraging us.

Mel comes across as extremely knowledgeable, caring, passionate and positive. It makes for a brilliant experience.

And afterwards, I felt amazing - positive and like a weight had been lifted. I have not stopped recommending Mel to all my friends since my session! Do it!

I cannot recommend Mel Breathgal highly enough!

I was invited to join an introductory breathwork session with Mel via some friends during our third lock down. It was something I had become interested in after hearing Fearn Cotton interview Rebecca Dennis and extolling the benefits of breathwork. I was so excited and intrigued to be joining Mel's taster session. It didn't disappoint and just peaked my interest further. As a result i have joined the group sessions via Zoom for conscious connected breathing and feel that I am learning such an invaluable skill.
I cannot say enough things in Mel's favour; She is professional, kind, intuitive and has a brilliant sense of humour.
On my first session I had to provide a full medical history. I have severe Obstructive Sleep Apnoea along with some other health conditions. Through Mel's gentle and patient guidance and teaching I am learning to understand the importance of breathwork for my physical health as well and my mental well being since losing my partner 18 months ago. She took the time to explain the importance of my position during the zoom sessions for safety due to the severity of my OSA. I like the fact that she is careful not to make the Zoom groups too big so that she can take time to monitor each person and to provide some individual tuition as she checks on everyone.
My next hope is to do 1-2-1 zoom sesssions so that I can learn more!
If you are someone who suffers from mental or physical issues and you would like to learn a new, healthy way of coping or you just want to enhance your life and well being then I suggest booking an appointment with Mel.
I look forward to these breathwork classes so much and how incredibly rested I feel after!!!

Amazing Experience Everyone Should Try

If you're contemplating trying a breath coaching workshop with Mel then I highly recommend you go for it. It's really hard to describe the session in words, it's something that has to be experienced. Mel is the perfect coach, she makes you feel relaxed and comfortable and is a true professional with so much knowledge about the benefits of breath work. I felt great after this session, I felt like it had removed the tension and stress I had built up and refreshed my body and mind. I was so surprised what physical reactions I had to simply breathing in a specific way, there's no doubt in my mind this did me a lot of good and will you too. Looking forward to more sessions, thanks again Mel! X

A very very knowledgeable guide

Mel is obviously really knowledgeable about her subject and absolutely walks the walk. It was the first time I'd taken time out from daily life to really focus on myself and pay attention to the most fundamental of activities - breathing. We should all be paying more attention to this. It's so important to make sure we are…

It's so important to make sure we are all giving ourselves some selfcare and nurture right now. I had the most blissful breathwork session with Mel, which really helped with my anxiety during lockdown. I felt looked after, safe and supported during our online session. I highly recommended a soothing and transformational breathwork session with Mel. Thank you so much, it really helped get me out of my head and feeling more connected :) Katie x

In a world that has changed and…

In a world that has changed and reaching out to some well-being is so important in times like this. I attended a session and I was moved by the experience. I recently lost my Mum and I was taken back by the ability to release some difficult emotions through breathing and Mel experienced practitioner. Her pre and after care made me feel looked after. I will definitely be making time for this again.

Working with Mel is health a gamechanger!

Mel was completely professional, kind and felt very safe to work with. She introduced me to a whole host of exercises to help with different occasions eg needing more energy, needing to relax, what to do when anxious. Afterwards I received an email with pointers to help me continue the benefits myself afterwards. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Felt so peaceful. A deeply transformative session

Mel is a very skilled breath coach with great intuition and I felt very safe in her presence. The Zoom session was incredible. I cried, laughed, had some incredible insights and she guided me through a very deep relaxation at the end. It was the best hour of lockdown..if not my life! Thank you so much! Highly recommend for everyone to try this breathwork.

My session with Mel was great. She put me at ease immediately and straight away recognised what was going on with my breathing. After the session she gave me some really helpful tips to practice on my own. I'll definitely be looking into further sessions and workshops with her.

I found the session really useful to help me discover how to breath in a way that gives relief from anxiety

I found the session really useful to gain some insight about how to regulate my breathing and it helped to bring up emotions that gave me some relief from anxiety. I aim to book another session so that I can move forward, the 'Inspirational Breathing' site that was recommended has also been a useful tool to tap into on a daily basis.

Can highly recommend both online and offline

I received both face-to-face and online breath sessions with Mel and I have to say they both blew me away.
What i had experienced with Mel the first time around face-to-face : the sense of safety and being held, her kindness and full presence totally carried on through zoom. I had positive results out of all the sessions I did with her : physical, emotional and mental, so all in all an encompassing win! I would recommend Mel without a doubt.

Life-changing

I've done four sessions with Mel over Zoom during this pandemic time and will continue to do more. I was recently introduced to breathwork and was interested in releasing some old and newer traumas that have held me back in life and also investigate to see if there was any hope of possibly easing a painful physical condition. I was nervous the first time, but Mel was so caring, supportive, and nurturing that I quickly felt at ease. It was so powerful and effective; I was able to let go of things and I felt an immediate shift. Mel followed up with me afterward. She is so genuinely compassionate and professional; it's clear that this work is her passion. She creates a warm, supportive space that feels like she's right there with you even through a computer screen. I have never found a more powerful practice or method of releasing emotional and physical pain than this. I can honestly say that these sessions with Mel have had a profound effect on my life. My physical pain is decreased and I feel like a different, lighter, happier, more present person. I can't recommend this enough.

Amazing Expereince! Amazing Teacher!

I went into the breathwork session unsure what to expect, but I can honestly say it was one of the most healing experiences of my life and was the key for me to start releasing years of held in trauma. Mel created a calm, safe environment to allow me to fully benefit from the experience.

I have talked to anyone who will listen about my experience of breathwork and have recommended Mel several times (and will continue to do so).

Mel works her magic and helps me to let go.

I was guided to Mel last year, following my first experience of this kind of breathwork, which just blew me away with the response I had to it. I've had the absolute pleasure of a few sessions with Mel, prior to lockdown, in person at her house. She creates a gorgeous, comfortable and safe space and is so nurturing and supportive throughout. Her attention to detail is lovely, very caring. Each session has been different, this is fascinating work, like nothing else. It's taken me to a new, deeper level of relaxation and I know it's helping me to shift things that have been stuck down deep for a long time! Thanks Mel, you're a joy!
