What an amazing weekend!! It was packed with great breathwork sessions, lots of information and learnings, an amazing group of people, and incredible food! Definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in breathwork - to become a facilitator or even just for yourself. Johannes is an incredible teacher and his team was so lovely too!

I just completed my Level 1 Certification with Breathless.
This was the most life changing experience!
From the beginning to the end, there isn’t a single moment where you don’t feel the legitimacy of this organisation. If you have nerves about how unhinged the training will be, let me put your nerves at bay. You are loved, protected and guided through the training. The depth of Knowledge from Johannes and the masters is incredible, if you have any uncertainties prior to arriving, I can promise you won’t have those same feelings after you leave.
I will be returning to breathless as often as I can and sending my future breath employees for compulsory training.

Johannes and the crew have cultivated the most welcoming and wholesome facilitator training. It was an amazing journey which was planned out perfectly so we could balance our own healing experience and our training. They treat you like close friends and it helped everyone connect so deeply and really be ourselves. Such an amazing experience, you leave feeling balanced, confident and powerful!

The breathwork instructor course with 4-day intensive was an incredible experience. It pushed me well outside my comfort zone in the best possible way and gave me the space for real personal growth. The breathwork practices, the guidance, and the supportive environment all combined to create something powerful and transformative. I walked away feeling amazing—more connected, more grounded, and genuinely inspired. Highly recommend this to anyone considering breathwork training or just wanting a deep reset.

By far the best retreat I have attended. I completed the instructor training with Johannes and the team in the mountains.
They create an incredibly welcome and safe space for all, where you can build connections with other like minded individuals, challenge yourself and develop your expertise in the world of breathwork. There is a great of balance of theory and practical exercises and I've walked away feeling much more confident and prepared to take my next steps.

The experience was amazing, highly recommended. From the basics, the place and food were excellent, including the dietary options. Day by day, Johannes and his team were always available and incredibly lovely. They’re so flexible, there’s never pressure for anything.
The course itself was also great; I learned a lot and took away much more than I expected.
They teach everything in such a thorough and comprehensive way, which is really hard to find elsewhere.
I want to keep studying and hopefully do the Master.

My experience at the Breathwork Instructor Training was truly profound: filled with questions, reflections, gratitude, love, peace, and serenity. The professionalism of Johannes and the entire team was evident in every detail and at every moment. From the meals and the daily schedule to the seamless blend of theory, practice, and opportunities for us to guide sessions... everything was thoughtfully designed.

The location itself is breathtaking, surrounded by nature, silence, and mountains, creating the perfect environment for deep work and self-discovery. This was more than just a training — it was an investment in myself, and I came out feeling enriched, calmed and inspired.

I did my immersion training with breathless. The moment I walked into the space I felt I was in good hands Johanas and all the other facilitators made us feel so welcomed and took us on a journey that I will not forget for lifetime. Glad to have learned from very passionate and friendly people. This really sets me in a great path ahead to learn and explore more on breathwork. And the location and the food was incredible had a great weekend with lovely and inspiring people. The training happens at a place called The Shed in the mountains. But I call it healing heaven, you will feel the divine energy as you step in, you got to heal yourself before you heal others ❤️

You are never too old, and it’s never too late to chase your dreams, live life your way, and work on growing and bettering yourself.

A perfectly curated immersive experience balancing classroom learning with practical experience, coaching support and fun activities. With great accommodation and a chef catering all needs this training retreat with strangers was like a holiday with friends
