Reply to Breeze: I did not. There was only a continue button. From reading all of the reviews it seems I am not the only one, so that in itself speaks volumes. I wish I would have researched and checked reviews prior to checking out your program. Why would I purchase something not knowing if I would be able to use it at all? Did I authorize a 1.00 charge to check it out absolutely 100% I did. Did I authorize an additional charge to purchase (as you claim) a guide not knowing anything else before hand. Absolutely not! Also if it wasn’t a subscription… why did I have to go cancel a subscription on your website the moment I noticed you charged me (which was immediately). Additionally, when you purchase something you usually get a receipt or confirmation of some kind. I did not! If it wasn’t because I received the notification that my Apple Cash was charged the 14.99 I wouldn’t have even known yall charged me. I even got an email about my subscription being cancelled once I went and did that, I didn’t receive any guide. So yall can keep spinning this however yall want, but bottom line is yall STOLE my money because that’s what this is. Yall signed me up for a subscription I did not want, charged me for a guide (according to yall) I did not want AND didn’t receive, all under the pretense of 1.00 test. So yall aren’t just misleading, but when brought to your attention you blame us while continuing to state how much yall care about mental health. Ripoff and thieves. Yall should
Add a new logo to your company… breeze… yes a breeze to steal y’all’s money.
Be very careful with this app. I agreed to a $1.00 test, but was then charged an additional $14.99 for a subscription I never intended to sign up for.
This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic—the app makes it look like you’re paying a small fee, but it actually enrolls you in a subscription without clearly informing you. I also received no email or notification confirming that I had been subscribed.
When I contacted customer service, I was told all sales are final and no refunds would be issued.
This is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Fraudulent scam company, asked for a 1 time donation and then they keep taking money saying you signed a subscription. Should be shut down

Looks like there is a pattern in the reviews!
I as well am charged 30 eur per month for something I do not use and have never used. Moreover I cannot seem to cancel the subscription as it doesn’t even appear on my profile. I have emailed customer support and no response.
I WANT A REFUND ASAP!!!!

Honestly, I wished I had never filled in the damned questionaire in the first place and had just come here to see the reviews of this company. Just wanted to see results of an online questionnaire I filled in on IG. When I wanted results of said questionaire I was then faced with paywall asking for donation of 4 different amounts ranging from 1 dollar up to the full subscription amount. I opted for 2 dollars and went through the payment process via PayPal. I see the 2 dollar purchase PLUS an additional 14.99 taken from my account. I immediately challenge this additional charge as it was not authorised by myself only to be met with automated messages. I thought I had do download the app to receive the results of the questionaire and to cancel the subscription (which I did not want), nothing. I am now going through resolution process via PayPal. And being told by this company that 14.99 was for a trauma Guide and Mental wellbeing Guide...I didnt request these, ask for these or want these guides. The company practices are very stealthly. You cannot receive your results unless you pay, when you think you have paid for one thing they slide another purchase under the radar then it takes forever the get that money back. Thankfully I have not been hit with the subscription scam here but they are not transparent with their practices. My advice is if you see an online questionnaire like this and you really want to engage, check out the reviews first before filling out even one question. This is data farming especially since you never receive the results you initially paid for. Really not happy with the way this company has handled me and my data.

App is fraudulent and a complete scam. I've been getting unauthorized charges for months. I did the trial and then went to cancel and there was a pop-up on my screen but finger accidentally hit purchase while trying to ex out. I was not intending to purchase, as after my trial I realize the app is not what it was advertised and it was not useful to me. I attempted to cancel, but the company continued to charge me for months, even after cancellation. To be clear, I never authorized any of these charges and I still continue to get many charges from this company. Their policies are fraudulent and their app is a scam. It doesn't even do what it's advertised to do.

This is horrible. Stop running these ads, they are so triggering. It isn’t helpful for traumatized people to have to encounter these ads on multiple platforms that hardly have functional block features. At best, taking advantage of the mentally ill. I have been blocking these for over a year but the ads are run from multiple accounts too. Completely disgusting.

The company preys on your insecurity, diagnoses you random stuff and then sells you "treatment". This has nothing to do with safe ethical psychotherapeutic help. This is peak immorality

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Beeze Well Being. I was led to believe I was signing up for a $1 service, only to find I had been charged $16. This feels like a deliberate use of "dark patterns" and chicanery to dupe customers into paying higher rates than they originally agreed to.
To make matters worse, I never even received my test results or utilized the service in any capacity. I essentially paid for a product that was never delivered. I am seeking a full refund of the $16 as I have gained zero value from this transaction. It is disheartening to feel taken advantage of by a marketing machine that prioritizes predatory billing over transparency. I hope the company takes steps to fix these shady practices and operates with more integrity in the future.

One star because I can't give zero. How I wish I'd checked here before getting fooled into 'donating' £1 to get a full report after completing a quiz. I visited the site for this one-time service and somehow apparently subscribed to a recurring monthly subscription, £24.99 having been taken from my account today!!!
The checkout flow has zero transparency required for a consumer to provide "informed consent" under consumer protection regulations. The fact that it was a quiz on trauma, and the app is meant to be a mental health aid, it is disgusting that this company is preying on folk this way. I didn't even download the app, having then read reviews here!
I have emailed customer services and will be taking this further if not refunded.
RESPONSE TO BREEZE COMMENT:
You run ads on Facebook ,YouTube, and Instagram for a quiz on Childhood Trauma (note the vulnerability of the cohort you are trying to attract). Once questions are asked, a 'donation' amount, NOT SUBSCRIPTION, is requested to receive the results. Note that this page does not mention this payment is actually for a trial. After selecting continue, the payment page is brought up - only if you scroll all the way down would you see some tiny light grey writing to say it is a trial with a recurring charge, a lesson I have learned thanks to others who have fallen foul to this and posted write ups, as I haven't, and wouldn't, go near your page again.
After making the payment, you are presented with another page for an add-on which is email guides. This page only shows a button that says "Continue" when it loads. You must scroll down to find the skip option. If you mistakenly click continue thinking it'll just take you to the next page you will AUTOMATICALLY be charged for the guides, which have basic information on a couple of PDFs, not worth the additional £1.99 I inadvertently paid. It does not prompt you for payment again, it uses saved payment info, and it does not ask for any confirmation. And neither did I create any kind of account, or have any confirmation email of a subscription, hence my utter shock at the disgusting £24.99 taken from my account yesterday! Is that your version of clear and transparent??
It's sickening that you are targeting emotionally vulnerable people, not only causing financial hardship, but exploiting them when seeking help.

Please be careful. This app uses unethical and highly misleading business practices. The worst thing is, it targets people who are seeking mental wellbeing.
It lures you in with a short test, then the test results are blocked by a paywall. For 1€ you can receive your test results via e-mail.
What's intransparent at this point, is that this is a subscription. Later, they will carry out a direct debit of 29,99€. Also, if you klick on ANYTHING in the app, it could be a hidden additional service - so I apparently must have klicked on another test or something similar, and then I noticed another withdrawal of 14,99€ from my PayPal account.
These business practices are intransparent, shady, and highly unethical.
Stay away!
And please, if you see their add on social media - please report!

I approved a charge for $1, the company then charged me an unauthorized amount of $14.99. I reached out to support but after reading these reviews, im doubting i will ever see that $14.99 being refunded. What a scam. Highly advise avoiding them at all costs.

DONT EVEN DOWNLOAD THIS APP
It’s a scam and as soon as you click anything you will get multiple unauthorized charges, then it won’t let you cancel. Says error every single time and no matter how many times you reach out to customer service no one will get back to you.

They are very polite and professional when dealing with a refund, which was promptly dealt with. They chased the issue to make sure I was happy and satisfied.

Paid £1 for results. Solon mention of trial or subscription.
Charged the £1.00 and also a £14.99 charge at same time. No idea what the £14.99 is for
Cancellation link does not work
Ignoring requests for refund

Only authorized a charge of $1USD. They claim I subscribed and downloaded a PDF. They charged me an extra $14.99USD and refuse to refund the transaction under merchandise and services not received.
