Good Product and Customer Support

As a 501c3 director for cat rescue, I have many formerly homeless cats to oversee, including our area's climate for fleas. Although all our cats are indoors only, fleas continue to make their way inside. Formerly effectively used topical treatments are no longer protecting our rescues for 30 days, resulting in our needing better protection for our many cats. The collars appear to be working well ... grateful.

I have cats and they were scratching…

I have cats and they were scratching themselves almost all the time. Now they are not scratching, and I have notice there are no biting flies or bugs around them.
Thanks so much for calm peaceful cats.

The rave reviews were right!

The product is right in line with all of the rave reviews. I have 3 kitties & had a major flea problem. I even purchased flea collars that are super effective. My home feels cleaner & my kitties are happy & calm. I’m definitely a repeat customer.

They don't listen to you, when you tell them that you don't want them!!

Another update: Gee what do you know, now they are sending them, they were there this whole time with them!! I do not want them, this is a company that does not listen to you!! Even when they get here I will be stuck with them and can't return them, THEY SHOULD HAVE KEPT THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I do not trust Breeze, and I do not trust the products!!

Update Update: Still getting the run around and they are still blaming the USPS, when it shows that they are still there with them. They told me that it was at the "local carrier for on the 6th of August, if this were true it would be here by now. USPS system had plenty of time to update, as well these had plenty of time to get here. SO REFUND BACK THE MONEY THAT I PAID TO YOU!! I DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT, SINCE THESE ONES DIDN'T EVEN COME IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Enough of the games!!

Update: I have been in contact with you guys since all of this has happened and its still not resolved!! I will continue to update until you guys do the refund!! Since I did not receive them anyways I do not want a replacement sent out!! And your business is still a one star because I still can't award you zero stars!!

If I could give them zero stars that's what they should get. I ordered from them, and the last from the USPS it is still back in New York, where its supposed to be shipping from. I have been in contact with Breeze since then. I have not received the order. Plus they are giving me the run around and even putting the blame on USPS, which I have ordered other things and they have came here without issues, and since this has been going on since the end of July, all I want is my money back from what I paid to them, since I had not received the collars. I also doubt that these collars work the way that they say they do.

I sent an email at 3:30 EST, and they responded within an hour. They answered my question and sent a video to show me the orientation (direction) of the collar.

That was a quick turnaround time.

well......

well, even though the cat flea collars didn't work that great at all, they were communicative and refunded me more than half my order. I'll keep the collars as a back up for the winter when the fleas aren't so insane. the fleas were on their head with the collars on, I was hoping for a little bit better, I had a lot of hope on these, nexguard is working amazing, no fleas on my one cat, I ended up taking the collars off and putting the hartz ones back on still w fleas on my old cat, but finally no fleas on the main coon waiting for seresto's to get here, I still have one breeze collar on one of my cats, but flea combing everyday with the fleas on his head area. We have bad fleas here on the coast, and there was only one year where no fleas were present on my cats and that was with serestos and treating the house with carpet flea powder all over. This year am treating the house with diacomatious earth. nexguard has been the most effective this year with the feral. idk, I hate fleas the breeze collars are a great concept if your cats don't attract fleas.

Natural ingredients; caring company.

Full ingredient list of both collars and sprays; refillable spray and 8 month for collar life was a big plus for me. The cat I was purchasing all this for is an abandoned/ homeless little chap who has adopted us. I could not give a review of the collar as the little blighter managed to lose it within a week[He is mostly outside ; venturing into our conservatory for a bit of food and a dry place to snooze.] This company replaced his collar for free , suggesting the spray may work better for him, on his blanket and drying towel. I am well impressed!

because when I was having trouble…

First time user of products

I had heard of this company a few times in the past and decided to give them a try. I have three cats and one dog. I purchased the 8 month flea/tick collars for all of them and the Breeze flea/tick spray that is safe for home & around pets. All items were sent with no damage or missing items. My only concern was the tracking process. I was unable to receive an update after the 'shipped' notification was sent to me. I did reach out to customer service after a week of waiting for the estimated delivery time. The response time was quick, and apologized for the delay.
