Your order was placed on Friday, April 25th at 2:21 PM, packed that same day at 3:34 PM, and dispatched the following Monday. Your parcel was successfully delivered on Thursday May 1st at 8:55 AM – just 4 working days after the order was placed.
We understand that delivery expectations can sometimes feel longer, especially when there’s a weekend in between, but this falls within a standard delivery window. Since Brexit, cross-border shipments to the UK can occasionally take a little longer due to customs processing, even for nearby countries like Ireland.

Your order was placed on April 7th at 2:48 PM and was packed and dispatched the same day at 5:32 PM. According to UPS tracking, the parcel was delivered to your UK address on April 11th at 9:00 AM and signed for at reception. The driver also confirmed it was handed to the desk.
You contacted us on April 14th(3 days after parcel was delivered) to say the parcel hadn’t been received. We responded immediately and followed up with two more emails asking if you could check with reception or colleagues, but unfortunately we’ve not heard back since.
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, especially with added complications and delays that sometimes arise post-Brexit. That said, we always do our best to ensure smooth service, and we hope that the parcel did reach you and you were happy with the product in the end.

So the product is what it is. Sadly this is one of.those times when the delivery co. (UPS), realky ruined the experience. Ireland is very close. Why it would take that long i dont know. Then the hassle of redilevery. So cool fo the product, but time spent on collection was a pain.
