Order placed 09.01.22
I placed the order 09.01.22. / package was sent 15.01.22. Even one day later it’s impossible to track my package (« Il n'y a aucune trace de ce colis dans la base de données DPD! »
Within today’s date 16.01.22 I’m disappointed and don’t suggest this company to others, since i still didn’t receive my order.
They are far away with the promise: 2-5 days delivery! Even if they announced that they have lots of orders and delivery time longer, it’s not just to debit the money directly from the card and then send the goods one week later!

Sadly this has arrived sooner than our purchase . If we had realised you used DPD we would of not purchased yet again they have failed to deliver
The last time we had an item through them in the end we had to drive to the depot after giving them lots of additional information including grid ref
We have a sign outside in the road as we are a business when we confronted them at the depot they assured us the address was in fact correct
obviously not enough for their driver we still do not know if we will finally get our order having now changed delivery to a pick up point

The product supplied was exactly as I…
The product supplied was exactly as I ordered. The delivery however was poor. Dpd emailed on 3 different days that delivery would be that day but nothing was delivered. I had to travel to Angouleme, 150km round trip, to collect the parcel.
5 stars for Brekz, none for dpd.
