The product arrived quickly eventhough…
The product arrived quickly eventhough there was some confusion with the delivery address. Someone from the company called very quickly to check the correct address. Then the delivery arrived the next day without any problem. I am happy with the order and I would definitely reorder again.

Absolutely appalling customer service…
Absolutely appalling customer service from this company I used for the first and now the last time, given my terrible experience by DPD non delivery and lack of assistance, if any, from BREKZ, who I think have some sort of relationship, as it is only DPD who deliver for them.
DPD said they had delivered when they had not and Brekz seem to think DPD are more important than the customer
They only work weekday mornings from Holland and have not sorted out anything for me or responded further to my many e mails as they do not answer the phone .
I suggest that pet lovers use medic animal who supplied me much faster than BREKZ and have everything is stock unlike this company.
At the time of writing still heard nothing and received nothing.

Diabolical still haven’t received parcel due to the carrier used DPD never deliver to any of the residences around our golf course always use the same excuse need code for entrance to residence where every other carrier delivers no problem this will be the last time I order anything from this company as the communication is hopeless
