Couldn’t control my hunger or eating habits until Brello. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because I am only in six weeks. With that being said, the process was easy to get started. Any ques... See more

Brello is absolutely the best! Shipping delays are nonexistent. Completed my renewal on Tuesdays and had my package delivered on Wednesday evening.

I did a lot of research before choosing Brello for my GLP-1 needs. Their pricing is fair and doesn’t change no matter what for you’re moving to. They are responsive when you have a question and very kind. I am so glad I found them! I can highly recommend them!!

Messages are always answered in timely manner. All inquiries are answered thoroughly and I receive a follow up the following day or two to confirm that all my questions or issues have been addressed.

From the time I signed up to medication in hand was under 2 days. I signed up at midnight, had a call at 9am from a doctor. She asked me questions about weight, goals, medical history. About a hour later my prescription was sent to pharmacy the next mornings my medicine arrived with a bunch of educational materials that was also covered by the provider

This is the second time my prescription (active and current) has been completely ignored. I received a script on 2/20 for 3 vials (3 months) of Sermorelin. I’m currently prescribed 400mcg/0.4mg. I put all of this in my intake form, I even sent a request asking for the prescriber to call me prior to writing the new prescription to discuss everything because my last prescription was also decreased. I sent in a photo of my current script that shows the date (2/20), quantity of vials sent, vials contents, prescriber name, and current dose - ya know everything that’s normally on a script.
No phone call. And as expected, they decreased my dose for the second time. I’m currently taking 400mcg/0.4mg and was reduced down to 300mcg/0.3mg. At this point it’s simply frustrating and annoying to say the least. I can no longer recommend Brello as they completely ignore established and active prescriptions and they seem to simply do as they please. This is the antithesis of patient oriented care.
The clinician team said that if I asked for a clinician call and didn’t get one I can contact CS (which I already have albeit haven’t received a callback) and that they’d review it all again but that a consultation fee will apply. Which is so strange. I’ve never had a telehealth get it wrong while providing adequate information TWICE, AND tell me I’ll be charged for a consultation.
I highly suggest looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other telehealths that don’t require you start on lower doses despite what your current dose is with supporting documentation in the form of an active and current prescription.
Editing to add that I’ve provided my order information on the two orders I made as requested and have received no feedback regarding the first issue. My assumption is that this will continue to go unaddressed given the similar canned response from the company. I only chose to order again and give them another chance because I had unfortunately referred enough people to the service that I had $175 in credits. I’m still not satisfied with my experience and doubt that will change given that I was already doing what customer service recommended I do the first time.

I needed to refill my prescription with Brello for the first time and was a little confused about the process. I reached to customer service and I was contacted by one of their representatives, Jan. She was amazing! Not only did she answer all of my many questions, she also followed up with me afterwards to see if I had any other concerns. Great customer support!

Hello,
I have been a customer off and on with Brello since November. However, I was a bit frustrated with my most recent experience, but Francia Fajardo was the most patient, kind, and thorough agent I’ve ever encountered. She didn’t give up on me, and that speaks volumes. Thank you so much Francia!!! You are one in a million!!!

You get what you pay for. Not much out of receiving the compound you are seeking. Customer service is lacking in a huge way. They automatically charge your card for the 3 months, then take days to respond to your inquiries. They claimed they have been trying to get a hold of me regarding my questionnaire, yet even after verifying they had the correct phone number, I never had a missed call. I try to get a hold of them on their chat feature and always have to send a "hey just checking back" message. Their providers won't even prescribe antiemetics for side effects. Yes, they are the cheapest on the market for GLP-1 meds, but don't offer much support after that. I will be going back to Mochi once I receive my refund from them, if they ever respond.
ETA to your response: I am not confused on the terms and conditions of automatic renewal. My issue is the communication after the charge is lacking. What’s frustrating isn’t that the charge isn’t at the top of my mind, it’s that I’m struggling to receive the product I’ve already paid for. The communication from Brello should be as automatic as the debit.

I found out about Brello from a co-worker who had lost 100 lbs. I had lost 54 on my own and then just plateaued and couldn't get past that #. The results with Brello have been astounding. I am now at 97 lbs down which makes me feel great. I haven't had much for side-effects. Initially, there was occasional nausea and the day after the shot, I would be so tired I could barely function. That seems to have gone away. I love that the "food noise" has basically disappeared. I eat much smaller portions and get full really quickly. I have been getting a lot of comments from people about how good I look. YAY! Brello was easy to work. They listened to any concerns I have had and adjusted my dosage accordingly when I felt like I needed that done. No hassle.

always get my meds shipped on time, they arrive cold, and I've been losing weight. The price is right! Great company.

I have been using Brello for just shy of a year and have gone from 266 to 179. I have a whole new lease on life and I am so grateful.

I’ve been using Brello health for many months. In the month of April, I have gotten a message after the message telling me to complete my interview which I have and have not gotten any calls back.

I used a different company before that was doing NOTHING. I switched to Brello. I have loved it so far!

My experience with Brello Health has been truly life-changing. From the very beginning, the team made me feel supported, informed, and confident in my health journey. Their professionalism, clear communication, and personalized approach truly set them apart.
Through Brello Health, I began Tirzepatide for weight loss, which helped me gain control over my appetite and build healthier habits. However, adding NAD+ completely changed my life and perfectly complemented the Tirzepatide. The NAD+ gave me noticeable improvements in energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being, making it easier to stay active, motivated, and consistent throughout my weight-loss journey.
What I appreciate most about Brello Health is that they focus on the whole person, not just the number on the scale. With the combination of Tirzepatide and NAD+, I didn’t just lose weight—I felt stronger, more balanced, and more confident in my daily life.
Thanks to Brello Health, I’m not only seeing results, I’m feeling better than I have in years. I’m incredibly grateful for their guidance and would highly recommend Brello Health to anyone looking for a supportive, comprehensive approach to improving their health.

Hands down, I would recommend Brello Health for weight loss. Their weight loss medications are fairly priced and the process to sign up was very easy. Any questions that I have had on my weight loss journey were answered very quickly. I really feel that they value their customers. I was surprised how easily the extra weight came off!

Started out great with great communication. I’ve had great success with the meds. Paused my prescription because I had extra medication. Now that it’s time to reactivate it, I’m getting zero response. I’ve reached out a few times and nothing. Very disappointing.

I have been with Brello for a year. Everything had been great until today. I was supposed to have my refill on April 20 but my card was ran on April 12. I received my questionnaire. I filled it out and spoke to my provider and he said because I had used some expired medication. I would have to start back over at the minimum dose of 2.2 mg even though I’ve been taking 15 mg all this time I expressed my concerns in dropping so low, but was willing to do it just to continue my subscription. I told the doctor to just put my order through and they canceled it instead I used to feel supported with this company always had my questions answered up until recently really sad because now I’m looking elsewhere and fear they are all the same.
