I placed an order with this company and have had a very negative experience so far. There has been no clear communication or reliable update regarding my order.

Afterward, I found many reviews describing the same issues, which raises serious concerns about how this business operates. The situation feels misleading and highly untrustworthy.

I expect a prompt resolution, including a clear update or refund. Until then, I strongly recommend others to think twice before ordering here.

What a desaster....nearly criminal. Product so bad, after-sales service do not reply....do not give adresse for retour...

Bad Service like others explained already! It’s not Breuer but Breurmode!
All comes from China in poor quality and on top the desaster service! They offer easy exchange and pay back but the reality is a desaster! never again and warning to all!

Very Bad Service. Wanted to send an article back After they promised you can do That Easyley without any costs and Thema it was very difficult and rhey wanted me to Pay the freight costs. the never ever This Company!!

This was my first time ordering with Breuermode. At first it appearse a german brand but the products come from abroad. Normally I don’t have a problem with this. Unfortunally the material is really cheap and the dress was to big. For me to return the order I am supposed to receive 18€ from the 45€ originally paid. The Mail was drafted with explanaition on how to avoid problem with the zoll.
This is really a scam! Never ever will I bye anything from this site again!
