I sent my espresso machine in to be replaced and when I asked for an update the issue was closed. Where is my machine? What's going on? Please help. - UPDATED I sent Breville a $1500 Touch Impress espresso machine for repair and they are replacing it with an unrelated product, a cheap $300 drip coffee machine. Absolutely criminal.

Seamless Replacement
They got the problem taken care of quickly and it was a seamless process to get a new machine because the original machine we got had a damaged heating element.

Initially I felt Breville was not…
Initially I felt Breville was not standing by its product . The warranty had expired but this toaster cost $265 and was not yet 3years old.
They offered no repair capability and no intent to replace even on a prorate based.
In the end I pushed for a reconditioned one like mine for a price of $68 .
It should arrive in about 5 days from now . I can keep you informed if you get back to me with a more timely request for further testimonial.
