We are sorry about the situation, as you know, Brexit has hit the borders pretty hard and caused delays for everybody, who wants to get their goods in/out of UK. I haven't received the coffee I have…

I haven't received the coffee I have tried to contact you with no reply I have contacted the delivery company and they have no record of my order I feel like you have taken my money and not provided the service your coffee is amazing but feel so let down by your selfs.
This review I feel was an unfair review due to my countries situation and my stupidity the brew company have the most amazing coffee and I reviewed them on what is essentially out of there control if you are looking to buy coffee from the brew company I would say do it as it is the best and most beautiful tasting coffee if your ordering from the UK plz plz plz remember about brexit as I didn't my apologies to the brew company

Amazingly good coffee !

Just received a 10 pack mixed case - wow! I have been a fine coffee lover for years, but these are the nicest I have tasted so far!

When the customs bottleneck is rectified I’ll be ordering more.

Still waiting on product to arrive

Still waiting on product to arrive , I do appreciate that the problem is not the company, “blame Brexit” i did initially give a low rating, but this was not because of the product , the product is fantastic, it was purely the delay caused by problems out of the company control, I will still buy this product and recommend to friends,

Hi Kevin, I am genuinely sorry about this situation. There is nothing we would rather see - than happy customers who received their orders swiftly. However, this situation is totally out of our hands. I was in touch with DHL yesterday. We have 11 pallets with thousands of products that are stuck in customs declarations at the UK border. There is nothing wrong with our products or declaration, it's just a bottleneck. Furthermore, I can assure you that I have never been pro-Brexit, but I do respect the wish and the will of the people. Saying this it will make life so much harder the next many months for both European and British companies. Br, Ulrik

Hi Michael, We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. We received your order the 4th of January (after Xmas holidays), we packed it the 5th of January, Deutche Post picked it up the 7th of January. If you check your track and trace link you will see that it is in Austria now, so it must be close. We experience significant longer delivery times due to Covid and Deutche Post is seriously challenged. We know that we are ultimately responsible for your order, but there is nothing more we could have done. If we we had shipped with DHL express it would have cost you 25 EUR. In other words, I think your 1 star review is a bit unfair given the context. But anyway, we are still sorry that you have not yet received your order. Br, Ulrik

Thanks for shipping the product to the Netherlands

Thanks for shipping the product to the Netherlands as a gift for a friend of mine. It took over two weeks to send, but I gather that is largely due to New Years etc., so no problem.

Thanks for making great coffee in a sustainable way!

Not arrived

I can't rate any product, because it hasn't arrived yet. Also, I can't track the shipment. It has been 3 weeks already and I don't know if it will be delivered, and when, or maybe it doesn't arrive at all.

An item was out of stock! BUT...

An item was out of stock (Thea). But they called and told what they could offer to fulfill my order or if there was something else I would like instead.
Fast response with the order, caller was polite and well spoken,
This is my first try with real coffee, have become sick'n'tired of instant coffee and the 25 mix box is soo well tasting that I am confident I will order more when the box is close to empty!
Have brought coffee to various family gatherings during christmas and thus have spread the knowledge from The Brew Comepany and theis vision.

Now everything is ok.

Up to now I only recieved the Information concerning the handover the package to DHL on December 14th/15th. Any other activity or information is missing.
The parcel was delivered this morning.Everythink is fine and very nice packed.

Definitely worth a try

My husband loves his coffee so each year I get him a coffee advent calendar, this year was his absolute favourite (I also loved how the advent calendar ‘worked’ each day, pour boiling water in the ‘pouch’, which makes two cups of coffee)
Anyway, as he loved the coffee so much, I ordered his advent calendar favourites, they arrived with a card explaining each coffee, which I wasn’t expecting.
